    the young girl manager need more traing. i wanted a greenwood high school t-shirt . everything…read morewith greenwood high school was marked down, ball caps , socks , a rain jacket, stickers . and tshirts. but she told me the one i wanted was not marked down. it was only 3 left why wouldn't it be marked down. i definitely knew what the problem was, the sale price was not scanning , she had to put ut in manually . she even told me the sale ended in february. you gotta be joking. the mark down prices are still on them , been on them for months. need to be wiser

    Truly, CVS pharmacy is a JOKE!…read more My insurance (BCBS) uses CVS so for things to go smoothly I use CVS. Prescriptions have been delayed because of computer issues at CVS. Many of us, customers, have discussed the issue as we are rejected when we go to pick up our prescriptions. Normally the computer interruptions only last a day or two. The Dr says they called in the order but CVS says they don't have the order. Call the Dr and ask to call in again and they call in again but no progress and CVS still does not have the prescription. The solution is to check back in a day or two. Of course, the CVS employee is rude when you insist that you need your meds and they just want you to "go away". Would be nice if they identify the problem rather than the careless attitude. The latest prescription that my Dr called in did not show up online or on the iOS app as being ready to pick up. When I called in the automated system on the phone the prescription was ready to pick up. Stopped by to pick up and they could not find the prescription but they showed that it had been filled and was ready to be picked up. Waited while they remade the prescription #1636626. Of course, that prescription is not linked to my online account or the iOS app. Called the support number at CVS and they could not figure it out and asked me to have the Dr call the prescription in again to see if the problem still exists. CVS says it is not possible for CVS to link that prescription to my account. Really, they need some information technology folks that can iron out the many issues. Seems like the system is maintained by a few high school kids, rather than real IT folks On a positive note, the staff that run the store (front of the house) are 180 degrees out from the pharmacy. They are extremely helpful, courteous and efficient.

    Scheduled an appointment for Covid booster and flu shot. I meet CDC guidelines in that I am 64 and…read morehave underlying health conditions. In addition my primary care physician recommended the booster. Upon arriving and checking in I was told I did not meet any criteria for the booster and they refused to give the vaccine. The lady in the pharmacy asked what made me think I met the criteria. I explained I was a stroke survivor, had heart issues, and it was recommended by my physician. She said she wasn't going to give it to me for my own "safety". Since when do pharmacy workers overrule the CDC and medical physicians? CVS employees should not be allowed to politicize their beliefs when it comes to pandemics. CDC guidelines were copied and pasted as follows Moderna/Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine: The patient has received at least 2 doses of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine and it has been at least 6 months since their last dose was administered. The patient must also be a member of one of the eligibility groups below: Age 65 and older Long Term Care Facility (LTCF) resident (18 years of age and older) Age 50-64 at high risk of COVID-19 due to underlying medical conditions* per CDC guidelines Age 18-49 at high risk of COVID-19 due to underlying medical conditions* based on the patient's individual benefits and risks per CDC guidelines Age 18-64 at increased risk for COVID-19 exposure and transmission because of occupational** or institutional setting based on the patient's individual benefits and risks *Examples of medical conditions may include, but are not limited to the following: Cancer, Cerebrovascular disease or Stroke, Chronic kidney disease, Chronic Lung Diseases (including Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Asthma, Interstitial Lung Disease, Cystic Fibrosis, or Pulmonary Hypertension), Dementia or other Neurological Conditions, Diabetes Type 1 or type 2, Down Syndrome, Heart Conditions (such as Heart Failure, Coronary Artery Disease, or Cardiomyopathies), HIV Infection, Immunocompromised State (weekended immune system), Liver Disease, Overweight or Obesity (BMI 30 kg/m2), Pregnancy and Recent Pregnancy, Sickle Cell Disease or Thalassemia, Smoking (current of former), Solid Organ or Blood Stem Cell Transplant, Substance Use Disorder.
