My Bride walked into the Ladies room and no more than 30 seconds later she came out white as a sheet. She would not tell me what she found until now. This was 4 days ago. There was blood all over the toilet seat in one of the stalls & the other was out of order (With an out of order sign of course) Blood?....really? GROSS!!!!!! Don't trust anything that bleeds for 3 days & still lives. Well.....the men's room was not any better. I offered my Bride to use the Men's room & refused. I'm glad. It smelled as if someone was murdered, left to die and forget cleaning after the fact. I'm so glad I only had to use the urinal. If I had to go number 2 I would have been screwed. I hope these comments are being read by the management. Although I don't think they give a shit how the bathroom smells. No pun intended. As far as the crude comment of trust something that bleeds for 3 days.....have some sense of humor. After walking in their restroom, you have to have a sense of humor.

After review and discussion with Zaire at the service/return desk it was determined that it may be best to purchase all 4 in stock in the store as no further chairs were coming from the Lowe's distribution center. Zaire explained the return policy for items purchased online that were also in stock at the store and also on discount. The website price was higher than the local store price because inventory reduction was in progress. Of course, my client needed 4 chairs and 2 of the 4 at the local store were damaged. In less than 24 hours a price was available for the chairs in stock and my client was able to use the 4 chairs even though there was some damage. Zaire was able to resolve issues for me, my client and get the last 4 chairs gone from the Lowe's inventory. She and I discussed the issue twice on two different days as I had to relay information back to my client. she was always professional and attentive to my questions and able to explain how the policy worked for Lowe's. While in the store I was able to observe her interaction with other employees, answer the phone and talk with superior manager to get solutions approved. She was very impressive and if Lowe's gets to keep her she will go far. She truly is a star at my local Lowe's in Greenwood, SC and I hope that they keep her. She has a clue (which is not typical at my Lowes). Keep up the good work. I requested her photo. She is a star!

She did not even look back up at me, nor did she welcome me when I arrived. On my way out the door the wind was crazy and it was really pouring down now, I noticed a sign framed on the ledge that said "Please where a mask, if you do not have one , one will be provided". Are you kidding me she NEVER offered a mask and knew darn well that it was storming outside and she was going to have me go back out into that weather to see if I had a mask??????????????????????????????????????????????????????? and this is post Covid Unbelievable! Holding the door open I turned and pointed at the sign and said "Do you have a mask I can have?" she put one up on the counter. I took the mask and signed in. Now let's discuss being in the room for the exam, another lady walks me back and lays a file on the table and walks away besides asking for me to follow her she said NOTHING. There was not a "Dr. Bowen will be with you shortly"... NOTHING....Doctor comes in sits down not making eye contact asks some relevant questions about medical history and says I can remove my mask. He does his test and does not make short talk says nothing but instructions to test my eyes. Doesn't ask if I have concerns etc. So, I say " I have a few questions" he says "okay". So, I ask about a medication effecting my eyesight when I take it and is there anything I can do about it. He responds with "don't take the medicine" hands me my file a says she will check you out at the desk and leaves the room. Unbelievably RUDE!!!!!! at least the whole staff is consistent with the poor client services extended. and of coarse the guy at the front wants you to buy frames from him (which are marked up incredibly, a relative of mine is in the eyecare business so I know the sales tactic ) " No Thanks, I will have to come back at another time to do that" is what I said and went straight out of the door. You would think a family business in a small town you would want to welcome a new client .... who knows I might have 6 kids that need exams and glasses. But one thing I do know is I will not be returning to this location ever! I know I won't be missed and that they could care less because they didn't care when I walked in from the very beginning. Maybe they have been in this career to long and need to take up golf or fishing instead.
