I paid over $700.00 for my glasses. I went back numerous times complaining about how they wore. They always wanted to fix or replace the nose pieces. Now my lens keeps popping out. These are the worst pair of glasses I have ever had. I have been wearing glasses since I was 3 years old. I paid for the Asad protection and they said it was only good for few months. Now I am stuck with a $700.00 pair of glasses that I hate. If you go to them hope you have better luck. I see they do not care about the reviews. read more

I have been wearing glasses since I was in third grade. I haven't been to an eye doctor since ninth grade and I graduated in 2017. I moved to greenwood and I have good insurance now so of course it finally time to go. I found this place and they exceeded any expectations I had. The staff was so friendly, and quick moving too. They all thought I was crazy when I told them I have had the same glasses for six years. Lisa was so helpful when it came to picking new frames and she was very encouraging. And doctor Nash was great at his job too and a fun person to talk too. I highly recommend this place for vision. I will definitely be back for my yearly appointments. read more

I had a great experience with my eye exam. I would not purchase eyewear here because the prices aren't competitive, even with decent eye insurance. I paid probably less than a third elsewhere. Take your prescription and get the eyewear somewhere more competitively priced. read more

This place is a joke. I'd give it a 0. My insurance covers contacts exams and contacts. I got exam, but Triangle Vision did not follow the policies set forth by my insurance company. Now Triangle states I owe them money, even though I'm 100% positive my insurance company covers the exam. They do not care about customer service. DON'T GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT ENJOY BEING JERKED AROUND. read more

New location and overall improved patient visit. We were seen very promptly. The Dr and staff were very good at explaining everything. Good selection on frames and glasses were ready in a little over a week. I appreciate the covid protocol they have in place also. read more

I had an appointment at triangle vision. I asked them if they treated dry eye and to check my eyes because i take hydrychlorquine and.they said yes. I told them I wanted the doctor to look at my dry eyes. When I got there, he did nothing with my dry eyes. There are some tests that are done to check eyes out and test for I asked and got the runaround. They do not treat for dry eyes or Hydroxychloroquin Retinopathy I did buy some overpriced glasses. I had the same surprisingly unhappy experience as Mark S. had in 2016. I wish I had read his review before making an appointment at Poole, Greenwood. Dr. Rigsby was courteous and professional. The staff was friendly. After my exam, I explained that I was only getting a quote for eye glasses from them and that I needed was my prescription. I called 2 weeks later and asked Elizabeth for my Pupillary Distance measurement and was told that would be an additional $30. I just paid for an eye exam that included a written prescription and I know they measured my PD but they want me to pay extra for them to tell me??? read more

I was a new patient at this eye care facility. Dr. Swearingen OD was curtious and professional. The staff was friendly. HOWEVER; after my exam, I explained that I was not going to purchase any eye glasses from them and that all I needed was my prescription. I asked for my Pupulary Distance measurement and was told that the Dr. does not like to give that out and that the PD would be an additional $30. I was a bit confused since I just paid for an eye exam that included a written prescription. When I asked about the reason for the addtional charge, I was told that the PD is a medical measurement. Wasn't the entire eye exam a "medical measurement"? When I asked about the facility's rationale behind not including the PD I was told that you really don't know if the online glasses are correct and you can't send them back. I can only assume that this facility is witholding the PD knowing that you need it to order eye glasses online. I was never refused this information at my previous eye care facility. So bottom line, either pay for the PD or take the measurement your self. I think I'll go back to my former facility. Obviously, Poole Family Eye Care does not want patients like me. BTW, evidently Dr. Poole only visits the Greenwood office once every few months. I was given this info when I asked about what days Dr. Poole was available. read more
