I never leave review but I'm extremely disappointed in how they handled canceling my appointment. On Sunday, I booked a first time appointment at 11am due to extreme lower back pain. When I made that appointment online, there was a lot of appointment slots available to choose from, almost every thirty minutes there was a slot open. At 10:30 am, about 10 mins before I'd be leaving to head there, I got a TEXT message saying my appointment was canceled due to a busy past two weeks and ensuring the doctors don't get "burned out" before the New Year. Therefore they could reschedule me for Thursday (two days away). I'm very frustrated and disappointed with how unprofessionally this was handled. I should've gotten a phone call, and better yet I shouldn't have even been able to choose from the very many time slots that were available not even 24 hours ago and are STILL AVAILABLE to be booked online. Not looking as busy as they make it sound.. so this definitely doesn't look good on their part or make sense. Even just a message on their page saying they weren't taking new clients would have been helpful. I hope moving forward they don't do this to other potential clients and get their website scheduling in check. read more

Dr Bob has been treating me and my family every week for 2 months now and he pays close attention to my physical concerns post partum. He's been very helpful with the adjustments but also knowledgeable with stretches and mobility practices to regain strength after pregnancy and a c section:m. Update: An appropriate resolution was reached more than 3 weeks after initial contact. The issue was initially resolved based on misrepresentation of the original concern but was eventually corrected by the owner himself. The situation was addressed with the specific doctor who was responsible for the misconduct, who will hopefully refrain his need to impose personal issues on patients in order for them to receive services from him. It was also stated per The Joint Corporate that a long term goal will be in place for additional providers to be hired to better support the structure of The Joint's facilities. read more
