My daughter was supposed to be moved to an impatient rehab to relearn how to use her legs. After the Care Manager continued to not send the proper insurance information to the rehab we called and provided it. After complaining to the supervisor the care Manger coerced the doctor into discharging my daughter, who is barely able to walk with a walker. They sent her without a walker and told her they would call the medical supply place to provide her one but never did that either. She is now at home with no walker, not yet in rehab and hoping g the care manager actually called to set up home assistance. I guess they decided they didn't care if they couldn't milk our insurance anymore.

I'm grateful for experience with Vickie as she cleaned my teeth. The office staff took care of the insurance and that within itself is worth a ton, to me. Most offices won't file Medicare but will file dental insurance. Dr Dunlap was very kind and friendly and everyone was great.

No cursing, just asking them simple questions, that wouldn't ordinarily anger anyone. But Dr Dunlap is very good, and the rest of the staff is nice. So I'm thinking that they just have a problem with me. I should be able to tell Terry my dentures hurt without her snapping at me, and tell me everybody else's is fine. But mine not. Dr Dunlap wife said out loud I owed money in front of patients and staff. When I really didn't. Cause I always told them up front if anything has to be done and insurance don't cover it, don't do it. Well the bottom one wasn't made right he had to send it to a different lab. Not telling me my insurance wouldn't cover it. So after she blurted that out I wasn't charged. And the wife wrote a letter telling me not to come back, I take that as being hateful of her. I wasn't going where I wasn't appreciated any way. I feel it's only certain people they talk to any kind of way. I guess they didn't want to redo the denture that still is a problem, they weren't done properly, and they've shaved them down so much you can almost see thu the denture. They say that suppose to help from hurting. Thank you
