It was a Saturday and Dr. Kimbrell took our call and was very gracious and helpful. After filling out the initial medical record I waited only about 10 minutes until I was taken into a room where I talked with either a technician or a Doctor to describe my problems. I was then given a thorough hearing test and a CT scan. He gave me the results and off to another examination room. A short time later, Doctor Douglas came in to discuss my problem. After looking at the scan, he recommended balloon sinuplasty. I had the procedure about two weeks later and, while it was a little disturbing, it was relatively painless. After about a week I saw great results as I am no longer dizzy nor had extreme pressure in my head which I'd been suffering from for years. Two weeks later I went in for a follow-up. Doctor Douglas was quite happy with the results and just told me to call them if I ever need them. Everyone at the office is very courteous, professional, and friendly.
