Dr (plastic surgeon) said I had scar tissue and inflammation. Would not remove mucus and blood. Finally found that there was NO scar tissue. They COULD and should have cut and suctioned out the massive amount of accumulated mucus and blood, thereby eliminating a lot of pain, disfigurement and health issues. Not feeling that they don't deserve a malpractice suit.

I had three major surgeries in Atlanta including taking my ear off in a position to work behind it. I was told they had done all they could do to stop the horrible infections. When I came to Dr Ashford he didn't bat an eye just looked and he said I can fix it. He did from the outside and it's been 15 years and I've not had any more drainage or infection. That's even with going swimming a couple times. I'll be forever grateful to him and his expertise. I recommend him to all my friends .

Other time front office simply forgot about appointment. After 3 hour wait Dempsey walked in and said he could not help me today. Really POOR bedside manner. I also had a three-day nosebleed which he never could diagnose. There are better doctors in Athens.

I went to the Sleep and Sinus Center for surgery.  After two and a half hours of surgery, my wife…read moresaid, Dr. Edwards advised her that the surgery went well and that they just moved me to recovery.  Soon and Dr. Edwards heard something fall hard on the floor.  Barbara, the nurse who prepared me for surgery, went to the lobby calling for Dr. Edwards.  Dr. Edwards nor the nurse would allow my wife in the back.  My wife asked several times to let her in the back after hearing Dr. Edwards screaming, "Wake up, Marvin, Wake up!"  Finally, my wife went to the office manager and asked if they would call an ambulance and let her in the back, or she would have no choice but to call the police.  It was then that my wife saw me lying on the floor, along with blood.  THE NURSE BARBRA DROPPED ME WHILE I WAS IN RECOVERY AND SEDATED. THE ENT, ABRAHAM, STATED SHE WAS TRYING TO WAKE ME UP TO PUSH ME OUT FOR THE NEXT PATIENT. I WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL FOR A CONCUSSION, MY KNEE HAD TO BE DRAINED, A ROOT CANAL, AND SCARS ON MY LIP AND NOSE.
