I do not understand these reviews. I find their staff exceptional and over the years no problem with prescriptions or the phone not being answered. I especially wish to praise Laura in the Hwy 377, Granbury, TX location. I was distressed because I was leaving on a Christmas vacation and my prescription was going to expire while out of town. Laura told me she would get me a refill before I left for the trip and she did. She is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. That is what I experienced. read more

Who ever the young man is in the pharmacy department is not very knowledgeable in his job or he's just lazy. Customer service on his part, -1. I had arc flash from welding. Went to find the best eye drops for my eyes, I was in pain. He couldn't even wait for my question before he said " I can't answer". I hate Walgreens in Granbury. They never get it right. if you have canceled or 90 day prescriptions , they will not cancel and they will get your 30'day prescription filled and forget your 90 day prescription. They are clueless. Give three days to get it right and they'll muck it up. Guranteed!!! Come here before surgery to get your meds, they'll mess that up too! Other than that, they are nice. read more

This would be a good place to open a pharmacy where people gave a crap. I hurt my eyes and can't hardly see and knew what I wanted but couldn't see it. Waited in the consultation line for 20 minutes and finally someone came and helped me and told me if they had something to help it would be in a certain aisle. Pharmacy hung up on me. I got a text from Walgreen's that my prescription will be filled at this store. Well, I have no prescriptions anywhere. I called the number listed in the text to ask that they remove my phone number from there system as they are using up my mobile plan. The gal who answered the phone said that there was no way for her to do that unless I knew the name the prescription was filed under. She showed no interest in doing the right thing and going through the pending prescriptions to find the one with my phone number. She then asked for my phone number as if she suddenly realized that she could search by phone number, but then proclaimed that that number is not in her system. So either: #1: She lied that she cannot search by phone number but then was incapable of doing the search right. #2: She lied that she could search by phone number just to get me off the phone. I pointed out that her company was using up my mobile plan, and that if she could not do what I want, that she should then call her support to find out how to make this happen. She said that I could call the corporate number (but she did not give me that number), and then hung up on me. I was not rude. I controlled my language. I was merely insisted that she figure out how to not text me about this prescription. I think I will call the corporate number as she suggested. read more

They never have what I order when I need it. CVS does a way better job. I've had multiple times when I ordered a product and they were either out of stock, or the door Dasher couldn't find it. read more

I wish the pharmacy at this store could rate a negative 0. I have used Walgreens all over the Metroplex and have never been consistently subjected to the fowlups this particular store has had with me. I had one last specific incident that happened this afternoon, and it was the very last straw. I am going to find a new pharmacy that shows just a little bit of competency and loyal customer service. No leadership, no trained personnel, and a lack of good old fashioned "give a crap" attitude is their brand mark. Take you rewards program and shove it! read more

Walgreens pharmacy is by far the worst pharmacy in the entire dfw metroplex. They never get refills right, drive thru times are ridiculous. People are incompetent and rude, EVERY SINGLE GIVEN TIME I'VE REFILLED A SCRIPT I'VE HAD SOME SORT OF ISSUE. allowing my autistic child to go without his meds for three days because you say his meds were double counted in 7 years he's never missed a pill. I've complained to corporate and won't stop till everyone responsible is fired. I will call the news, and the president. I've given you millions of chances Walgreens and have brought u so much business but me and my family of 4 are done and will never ever return. read more

I highly recommend not going to the Granbury branch ! I've used Walgreens in Granbury for years so this wasn't just a one stop shop. With that being said I will list just a few of the reasons why you should find somewhere else to by your Meds.#1 They have given me the wrong prescriptions several times.I asked them to fax my doctor for my refills they said they would but never did causing me to go without my Meds numerous amounts of time.Over the years I found them to be rude and unprofessional ! The only thing I can say good for Walgreens is not all of the locations are bad but the one I had the most relations deserved 0 stars read more
