Trying to get a prescription filled. I was told to call my insurance company to get an override. I did that and when the insurance company tried to call them to let them know to put through the medication, Eva at Walgreens put them on hold for over 40 minutes. During this time the insurance company called back 3 times and was put on hold each time. Walgreens is making it impossible to get medication. I called their corporate office, they told me to go to a different Walgreens. Wow. It would be much better if they called the Walgreens that I am at and told them to answer the phone and don't put it down until this is resolved. read more

Updating pharmacy hours is so simple but Walgreens can't manage that. Driving to get medicine after hospital visit should not be this difficult especially when you call the pharmacy and get the hours of operation. You look online and verify then you get there and it's closed. I'm just a walking Petri dish without antibiotics. read more

This is the closest drug store to me being less than a half mile away. In general the exterior grounds are constantly dirty with overflowing trash bins and a good amount of litter. Inside the store is generally clean. The floors are not dirty and the stock is well maintained. Staff is friendly for the most part, although the staff member I asked last time to unlock the restroom for me acted like she was very annoyed by me. I use the pharmacy for my medications and they are the best of the store. My orders are filled promptly and correctly every time. It would be a great improvement just to see the exterior maintained better. read more

I take several medications and transferred all my prescriptions here about a year ago. Walgreens sure isn't what it used to be. Since I started using this location I have not been able to pick up my medications one single time without a problem. I usually order in the app. I swear my account must be flagged with something that says "screw this one up". If it could go wrong, it did. Time to get out of the pharmacy business. I had my wife's refill there like always for the last 2 years. 7.5 hydrocodones. It was filled on June 1st. On June 3rd I noticed that a pill has some kind of weird red substance on one of them. I took it back to the pharmacy and the manager was so rude. Said she would not exchange any but that one and it was not her fault. She then gave me one of her business cards and it had the same smeared red substance on the business card. I will never go there again and I hope this lady gets hit by a bus. read more

I just had the worst customer service at this particular store. I been a loyal customer for a long time until today! I came in with my son to purchase some items and my son wanted to use the restroom so we politely asked one female employee who was working on the cosmetics counter but I didn't get her name, she told me that the restroom were clean and closed for the night. I told to please get her manager because my son couldn't hold it anymore. She sighed and rolled her eyes at me and called her manager. He didn't even stoped to ask if he could help, he was furious because he had to unlock the restroom. If you hate your job that much please find another and stop taking your frustration on customers. I've been using this pharmacy for about two years, and have experienced a severe decrease in both customer service quality and care for the clients/patients. The staff is short tempered and unwilling to be polite or understanding to the customers who (as expected) are often not feeling well. They seem to be chronically understaffed, so I've continually let it slide. But, today's interaction will be my last. I may try them in a couple years to see if they've been able to turn it around. All that said, I will say that the store staff are always kind and polite. read more

horrible pharmacy.....I go with my mother to pick up her husband's scripts maybe once every 20 times and every time there has been a problem! These are not good odds. They are very unorganized and act like they have no idea what's going on. The only reason they go there is because they are one of the only pharmacies that are approved. read more

Hello everyone. I wanted to put something up here real fast, not necessarily a review, but something to help maybe make this pharmacy better, like we remember it. If you guys could call this Walgreens and ask to speak to Brett, or Rosa, or one of the managers (store managers are good too). I spoke to Brett Monday May 1, 2017, and he was able to talk to me about what was going on. It seems as though they are trying to revamp their store, especially the pharmacy. He asked me to ask you all to call in and let him know of any experiences you have had or are having. He needs the feedback to be able to correct any and all customer service issues. In order for him to do this though, he needs to know what exactly to fix. I had an issue, and he promised it would be resolved. It seems like it is because I did call the pharmacy today and got a very nice woman on the phone. Maybe it's a training thing, maybe it's just the people, maybe someone had a bad day in the past, but I say lets give these managers a chance to correct the issues before we move on. I'd love to see this pharmacy and store become the best in DFW area. You never know. :) read more
