I go to this Walgreens all the time for random items, makeup, as well as prescriptions. Recently I had strep and they knew I was waiting and the pharmacy filled my antibiotic really quickly even though they were super busy because they saw I was miserable. Giving a big shout out to Walgreens !!! Just had an excellent experience! Went in to pick up meds. I have crummy insurance so it was going to be $75.00. Nice helpful lady at the counter suggested I try coupon AP they have. It worked and I paid $18.00!!! Nice clean store with great helpful people! Can't ask for more! I also got a coupon when I picked up my photos that put $10.00 on my rewards number for my next trip. read more

Poor customer service. There were issues with the computer and printing photos, so as I ask for help, an employee told me she would help me but she's supposed to be off. A new employee couldn't figure out the issue, so the manager came to help, and he could not figure out the issue. So after spending about 45 minutes trying to print the photos, they directed me to the app where you can upload your pictures so they can print them. Once I arrived at the instructed time, the pictures still weren't ready. Spent another 30 minutes waiting for them to troubleshoot and print my photos. I came down with bronchitis and had my doctor send my prescription to this Walgreens. Upon driving here they would not take my insurance card that they have used before in the past. Had to ask the guy behind the counter to speak up multiple times because he was mumbling. They made everything so difficult. I called my doctor to switch the medicine to cvs and cvs used my card immediately. read more

Honestly, the worst pharmacy I've ever used. My doctor calls my prescription in for 3 months at a time. Every single time I call to tell them it's time for a refill it takes a minimum of 10 minutes to explain that my doc called it in and it should be in the computer. It always is. It takes another 10 min minutes on hold for them to confirm they have my medication. I have never had one person from the pharmacy apologize for being extremely long hold times, like being on hold so long that I am disconnected. I've been begrudgingly getting my prescription filled at this Walgreens since September 2017. Ever since the first prescription drop off, all I have had is issues and nasty attitudes from their pharmacy staff. My prescription is a controlled substance so there are limitations to when it can be picked up, which I initially found out when I tried to pick it up ONE DAY early. I was going out of town the next day and the pharm tech told me to get it filled wherever I was going bc they could not fill it. When I informed him it was a rural location without a Walgreens,he was able to all of a sudden get approval for me to pick it up. He was rude through the entire interaction and seemed annoyed he actually had to "bend the rules" (so is it a policy or just a rule that you sometimes follow when you want to?) In another instance they refused to take a discount card for a new medication and gave an excuse about their system being down. I was given specific step-by step instructions by the pharm rep to provide to Walgreens to allow their system to accept the card. I went back multiple days after their "system was down" and was given different excuses every time. I guess they didn't want to discount a new expensive medication. At a later date, the pharm rep told me that Walgreens is always difficult with discount cards of that nature and pretend like they can't accept it. It seems as though they make up rules and policies as they go. I tried to drop off a prescription within the expiration, but they would not fill it and claimed it was expired. I told them it was not YET expired and the law states that it just has to be filled no more than 21 days after the earliest fill date; I also told them I was just trying to have it filled, not pick up--I could pick it up a few days later when I'm actually allowed to. They would not do it, and said it was their discretion to not fill it and it was not Walgreens policy, but this specific location. I called another Walgreens location to verify this information and the very helpful and KIND lady on the phone said the Walgreens policy actually states it has to be filled no more than two days before the day I could pick it up. I understand policy, but I do not appreciate the first location making something up and not even explaining the full policy when I question it. It has gotten to the point where it's almost every month that I have issues with them with picking up my medication. I'm not sure if they're just rude and unhelpful like this to everyone, or they're being judgmental because of the type of medication I take, or what the issue is. This will be the last time I go to this location. I don't understand why they make picking up a medication much more difficult than it has to be. read more

They lost my prescription that I hand walked to them!! I'm so upset. Then they tried to turn it around and say that told them I would look for it at home. Unbelievable. After I had handed the prescription to them(which was VERY hard to obtain) the pharmacy assistant took the paper and checked to be sure he had the medicine available to fill my order. Now how could he check for the meds if I had the prescription?!!! Then when I went the next day to pick my meds up they couldn't find it and asked if I had it at home?!. So he said he would work on getting another refill from my doctor and call me with any problem. When 3:00 pm came on the NEXT day I called them and they said I had told them I was going to look at home which was a big black lie. Then all of a sudden while I'm on hold the doctor miraculously called and agreed to fill my prescription over the telephone which he had denied before. I will start going to a different location.
