The interior has great ambience but there's not much space so it can fill up quick. I feel like this location is sub-optimal [there have been several businesses that have come and gone from this corner mall] but I really hope they overcome the odds

The staff was friendly and pointed me in the right direction as far as what I was in the mood for. I got an iced Cabbage White matcha (coconut and almond) and it was the perfect afternoon pick-me-up. The matcha flavor was strong and the drink overall wasn't overly sweet. Prices are competitive for coffee shops these days. This spot would be perfect for a meeting or possibly studying. Friendswood needed a place like this!

I grabbed a trio of delights: Chocolate Cream Pie: If you love chocolate, this is your jam. I'm not the biggest chocolate person, but my wife and mom loved it. Banana Cream Pie: This was the real winner for me. No notes, I'd happily order this every time if we end up here again. Coconut Cream Pie: This was tasty, but so overly sweet that it almost rattled the enamel on my teeth. I had to eat it in 1-2 bite portions over the course of the weekend. I would happily return again when visiting my family in the area!

This quaint little shopping strip (where Perry's is) is something worth checking out. Today I got the almond croissant and the prosciutto sandwich to go. The service was quick and the interior was cozy and fun. I really enjoyed the sandwich, the bread was soft the flavors just really went together well. I had a big beautiful croissant filled with their delicious chicken salad...For taking home, I picked up a few each of butter croissants, chocolate croissants, kouign-amann, and a beautiful baguette..also, 3 patés de fruits, one giant cinnamon churro cookie, one bourbon chocolate pecan and one sticky toffee cookie. When I made it home this evening, I sprinkled a bit of water on the baguette and popped it in a 450 degree oven for 4 minutes (that makes it just as crusty and soft and perfect as when it first came out of the oven)..I put sliced peppered smoked pork tenderloin, mixed spring greens, brie and whipped up a pineapple jalapeno jam to dress it with.
