The cashier scanned my cup and it came up as iced coffee for $1.99. I informed the cashier (a very nice man) that this was soda. He asked his supervisor how much it cost. The supervisor then laid into me about how I grabbed the wrong cup, as if I were an idiot for not knowing. She said you pay for the cup, not the drink. She wouldn't even let me get a word in as she was chastising me for having the audacity to get confused about which cup to use. Horrible customer service, ridiculous that she wouldn't just give me the drink for 89 cents- on top of making me feel small.
