I'm not really certain what to say here because no services were rendered for us but my wife and I both felt the issue was completely mis-handled by the owner and left us feeling un-comfortable in terms of going back. This dentist is 2 minutes from my house, so I decided to give it a try. I've always been skeptical of going to the dentist ever since I had a bad experience with a root canal at a previous dentist. It was over a year since I was at a dentist when I went to see Dr. Oleg Simkovic and I had a cleaning and was having an issue with my previous root canal and needed a filling fixed. The cleaning was horrible, partially my fault since I didn't go to a dentist for so long, but the hygienist was still nice enough. When Dr. Oleg came in, he apologized for making me wait so long and that was about it. No introduction, no conversation (being a new patient)...nothing. He started cleaning my teeth, told me how bad my gums were and could clearly tell I was in pain and just told me to relax (not in a kind, soothing way either). He went on to tell me more things that were wrong with my mouth, which I later found out were false when I went to see a specialist. This was overall the worst experience I had at a dentist. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. I went home in so much pain and my mouth was throbbing for hours.
