My wife went up later and spoke to another tech (who was absolutely wonderful-Danielle) and she said she doesn't know why they were cancelled. My wife told her I know why- it's the lady in drive through as she's a real problem because she apparently doesn't like my family for some reason. Danielle said she would take care of us and in 5 minutes I had the meds I needed. She needs to go. It should be illegal to cancel medications just because you hate our name or something. This isn't the first time. It's repeated regularly each time we have to dea with her there's a problem with our meds.

Walgreens is always out of stock of merchandise. They decided to stop selling regular milk and replaced it with an expensive foul tasting brand. REALLY? NO REGULAR MILK? Tech said that I could not get refill as it was not authorized. I assured her Dr had called it in and authorized it for pick up today. She checked and said yes that is correct but the pharmacist said she could not have it. I waited and the pharmacist came to the drive up window and said that although the doctor had authorized the pick up today, my sister has a habit of getting this refill 2-3 days early. I said yes the Dr is aware and he is comfortable that she can have the script and authorized it for pick up. The pharmacist said she would personally need to talk with the dr and make sure he knew that he authorized the pick up it was 2 days before normal. Again this is at 5:30pm today. The pharmacist said the doctor had to personally call her. My sister is leaving for spring break. This is a sleeping pill. So, no sleeping pill for my sis tonight. Who can I talk with at Walgreens? I am beyond disappointed with the level of care and service that was provided to my sister. This pharmacist could have given her the needed medicine that the DOCTOR AUTHORIZED and let her know next time she needed to PERSONALLY talk with the doctor. Seriously? They had to call in another pharmacist, Allison. I didn't mind the wait. Nobody else seemed to either. Allison was amazing. So personable, professional, helpful and just a pleasure to have her give me the shots. And I didn't feel either one. She was great. I always get my shots there and everyone is always helpful and friendly.

He said she busy stocking, I can wait in line. He acted like he didn't care either. What happened to great customer service. I guess they forgot CVS is across the street... I used to only go to walgreens because of the service... it's a shame when you can feel the uncomfortableness when you walk in to a business, no smiles, no greeting of good morning. Once my photos are ready, I get a text message and off I go to pick them up. Typically, it takes just under two hours and I have a new photo in my frame. If I need a new frame for my new photo, I can get that here too. The staff I interact with at the photo department, are always professional.
