This location is the actual worst. Wish I could give zero stars. Not one time have I been here that hasn't been a pain in the ass. I don't have the time needed to list every one of my frustrations from the last 5 years, but this last week takes the cake. First of all, how does a National chain location completely shut down? The store has been closed for days, and unfortunately my prescriptions were called in here and are not transferable. So when the pharmacy was closed down at the beginning of the week, I was unable to get any of my prescriptions filled. Apparently, one of my meds is a controlled substance, and Walgreens is supposedly not allowed to transfer the script to another location which makes ZERO sense. If I'm there with my ID, how does it matter? The day before yesterday, I called the pharmacy and was on hold for an hour and 9 minutes. At minute 29 of holding, I was told there was one caller ahead of me. And waited another 40 minutes before finally hanging up. Every day for the last 3 days that I've driven by (hoping to pick up my medicine), the drive through line has been wrapped around the building. On a normal day when there are only 1-2 people in line, I'll still wait 20-30 minutes. Today is the last day I have before running completely out of my prescription, so there is no choice but to wait. Decided to park the car and go inside since the drive through line was so long, and they are STILL CLOSED. A WEEK LATER. So here we all sit. Waiting in a line wrapped around the building. Waiting on the worst staff at the worst location and no option to transfer to another store. I've freaking had it. Glad my condition isn't life-threatening. Go to CVS. read more
