So, what they offered, was to individually squeeze the tubes into a tub for me. I thought I had told them it wasn't a problem but think they thought I still said yes. They individually squeezed the small tubes in the tub for me, no charge, just to make me, a client who doesn't even use them normally, happy. I can actually see where they squeezed it for me. I called to get my prescriptions refilled for my son and was told that they no longer have an I…read morePledge agreement with the company that makes Accutane, the prescription I've been getting from them for the last 5 months, and we need one more month of to complete the regimen. I was told that I needed to search around for other pharmacies that currently have the "I pledge" agreement in place in order to get the last month of medication that we need. Further, that they didn't have knowledge of what other pharmacies that might have it, but I was given the standard answer of check with Walgreens or CVS. Red Flag #1. Next, I was told that they didn't have TIME to re-enact the I-pledge agreement because they were on hold for too long and that it really wasn't their problem. What?! Red Flag #2. Thirdly, regarding a question about Covid-19 home test kits they claimed that they do not want to carry OTC Covid 19 tests because they thought they were too expensive at $50, and, therefore, they just didn't want to go to the trouble. Red Flag #3. In summation, there was no heads up for my family that we would need to find a new pharmacy for this specific drug that we've been getting from them for the last 5 months. That they are too stupid and/or lazy to remedy the problem. Covid-19 precautions are too much of a hassle for them, and they feel they have no moral, or business ethical reason to take responsibility for anything, saying, "it's not our problem." They stated, "your wife's name is Crystal and her number is blah, blah, blah... so we had to have called her to get her name and phone number". I told her I'm here to pick up a prescription and she says it will be ready in just a few minutes. So it gave me time to look around this lil drug store. I was surprised on how much stuff they carried and the prices were reasonable. So after about 5 mins of looking around she called me up and said her meds were ready. This place never fails to disappoint…read more Strike 1: I had gotten a prescription filled and went to pick it up on a Saturday morning and they "unexpectedly " had no one to work the pharmacy that day, so my prescription was hostage there until Monday. Once it has been "filled," you absolutely cannot get another location to fill it elsewhere for pick up, in spite of acknowledging that they have it in their possession. Strike 2: make an appointment for the flu shot. Fill out all the online information including all my demographics, and they confirm the appointment, I show up at set time to wait around for a bit. The tech then takes one look at me and tells me that they do not have the flu shot for someone my age only that for seniors. And yet they took the appointment and had me show up for it. Strike 3: against my better judgment, I try again. This location is so much more convenient to me for pick up after work, that I drove past a Walgreens near my doctor to get to this one, so I can drop off the in the morning for pick up in the afternoon. Nope. They have a sign in the window that they are having to close at noon that day "for an emergency." It is 8:30 AM so I cannot yet drop off to them and wait, since they are not yet open, and I'm due for work. There is no point to drop at all because they will not be open when I can return for pick up. Walgreens, just close your damn pharmacy if you cannot reliably staff it. 90% of the stuff in the store can be obtained elsewhere, but PATIENTS need prescriptions and vaccines TIMELY and RELIABLY. You are neither here. Not faring too well across town either.

The prescription was half filled, was told to come back several hours later. Called several hours later. They said the prescription was in. They then told me it would ready in 45 minutes. Either it takes 45 minutes to walk to the self and walk back, or they had to go and milk it out of their magic cow.

Right now, i've been waiting 50 MINUTES to talk to someone on the phone about a simple prescription question. they also lack in their website. When i go to the pharmacy section on the website, none of my past prescriptions are in there and neither are my refills. So i have to call every time i need a refill and wait a ridiculous amount of time. I called a few days ago (was waiting a long time as well), and they said they would refill my prescription. it was never done and now i have been waiting 1 HOUR AND 23 MINUTES and no one has picked up. ridiculous. update: i decided to just go in store after work today (same day as me waiting that long on the phone). i explained my predicament and was gentle about it. Makayla told me she would get it ready right after she helped the last few people in line (this is right after she told the guy ahead of me his prescription would take an hour haha female power but he was also rude so i figured i'd try a diff approach). She got my prescription out to me in less than 10 minutes. give this girl a raise!!!!
