This place never fails to disappoint. Strike 1: I had gotten a prescription filled and went to pick it up on a Saturday morning and they "unexpectedly " had no one to work the pharmacy that day, so my prescription was hostage there until Monday. Once it has been "filled," you absolutely cannot get another location to fill it elsewhere for pick up, in spite of acknowledging that they have it in their possession. Strike 2: make an appointment for the flu shot. Fill out all the online information including all my demographics, and they confirm the appointment, I show up at set time to wait around for a bit. The tech then takes one look at me and tells me that they do not have the flu shot for someone my age only that for seniors. And yet they took the appointment and had me show up for it. Strike 3: against my better judgment, I try again. This location is so much more convenient to me for pick up after work, that I drove past a Walgreens near my doctor to get to this one, so I can drop off the in the morning for pick up in the afternoon. Nope. They have a sign in the window that they are having to close at noon that day "for an emergency." It is 8:30 AM so I cannot yet drop off to them and wait, since they are not yet open, and I'm due for work. There is no point to drop at all because they will not be open when I can return for pick up. Walgreens, just close your damn pharmacy if you cannot reliably staff it. 90% of the stuff in the store can be obtained elsewhere, but PATIENTS need prescriptions and vaccines TIMELY and RELIABLY. You are neither here. Not faring too well across town either. read more

I had to make an emergency trip from Atlanta to see my dying mother. In my rush to catch my flight I forgot my insulin. My family uses this pharmacy regularly and told me to call Colin the pharmacy tech to see if he could help. My insurance company is not in Arkansas so this was challenging. Colin, came through like a champ!! He worked diligently to get my insulin. Within the hour, he and the pharmacist made this happen. A diabetic can't go without insulin. So I will speak highly of their efforts and success. Thank you Colin for being so kind, understanding and by going the extra mile to make this happen during this extremely difficult time. Dreadful. Tried to pick up an $11 online order of toothpicks with floss. Order was incorrect. They could not present a receipt and told me I had to accept a gift card in lieu of a refund. The utterly incapable manager, Evie, hid in the back to avoid the situation and the useless staff incapable of help or assistance. Staff turnover there in through the roof. Been going there 20 years but when you can't present a receipt on a purchase then say I can't return it because I don't have a receipt is basically theft. read more

Slow service. My regular pharmacy will fill a prescription in 10 minutes. Had to use Walgreens because Medical Arts it's open on Sunday. 2.5 to 3 hours. I can't believe they are still in business. read more

First off. This pharmacy is very slow. Also they abruptly close all day on Saturday and Sundays. I arrived on a Saturday to pick up a script that was ready the day prior, without warning Closed. So I had to wait untill Monday. Once I arrived money morning, there is a line of cars. Line inside... Wait wait wait then wait some more. I will not use this one again. read more

As soon as I walked into the Walgreens I was quite pleased. It seems like a very nice place they were organized sections and the staff was very friendly they greeted me in my little daughter when we came in. I went down into the cleaning supply aisle and I picked up a bucket of Lysol. My daughter went into the to the aisle where they house the knick knacks and stuffed animals. My daughter was very happy to see all of the lovely nicknames toys and stuffed animals that were housed in that section. I bought her a little stuffed animal and she was very pleased it was high quality and it lasted for a very long time it's still in good quality currently even 2 years later. However the Lysol was quite strange I bought the Lysol and I went on my way but I was very concerned about the state of the Lysol when I got into the car I noticed that there was a very significant dent in the Lysol container. When I got back to my house don't worry I drive diligently and I wasn't distracted by the Lysol container. I open the live cell container to find that there was nothing inside except for an old pacifier. read more

Horrible!!!! I sat on hold for over an hour last night and now I'm on hold over an hour and a half today as I'm writing this review CB! My son Really needs his medication since he was discharged!!!! WTF it rang 3 times now it just hung up!!! I will never in life use this Walgreens again! Terrible pharmacy. Pharmacist are rude and unhelpful. Takes forever to get prescription and they don't seem to care of have any sense of urgency. Do yourself a favor and get your prescription somewhere else where people have the mental capacity to count pills. read more

The staff is kind but to have to wait 30, sometimes 40 minutes in the drive through is insanity when you know the prescription is ready, paid for and you just want to pick it up. Sadly this has happened too many times for me to continue to use them. read more

Wanted to check on a prescription. Was on hold for thirty minutes and then was disconnected. Called back and only lasted fifteen minutes before being disconnected, even though it said there was only one caller ahead of me. Called and asked to speak to a manager and got a team leader who said they were "really busy," but he would try to get me through. This time it was only six minutes before the disconnect. At least they're wasting less of my time on each call. Being a slow learner, I called again and actually got a person after ten minutes. They were "working" on my prescription that had been called in three hours earlier and it would be ready in ten minutes. read more

This Wal greens is very close to home. I enjoy the clearance items here. They tend to have excellent sales on toys. Good selection of products too and the staff have been very helpful in instructing me on how the point system works and assisting with updating my information in the system. read more

Called in prescription, said it'd be ready at 10:30 this morning. Came in about 11:20 am, said it wasn't ready & to give them ~ 30 min. Came back at 6:55 pm, STILL WASN'T READY. "give us about 15-20 min". This pharmacy gets worse every visit but it's the closest to my house read more

Usually I have a good experience with this particular Walgreens. My wife went into the store today and saw some ink pens on sale. She tried to buy what they had left. They refused to sale them to her. There were no limits posted, she pointed that out and still they refused to sale them to her. She explained she wanted to help out students with some school supplies. Still no sale, thank you Fabio. She called me in tears all she wanted to do was help. read more

Don't go here to get a COVID vaccine/booster they'll make you sit there and wait 30 minutes before letting you know that your insurance card doesn't have the right info on it.... For a free vaccine. Then they'll tell you that you can't get the booster at all if it's within 10 days of being 6 months, couldn't have told me that before I sat there waiting?? Terribly run pharmacy. Extremely disappointed in their mismanagement. Go to CVS, you'll have better luck there. read more

I went to pick up my prescription today and it was suppose to be filled yesterday and I waited in line just for them to tell me it wasn't ready. It's not that hard. Don't have time to wait around and they told me to circle around. Very inconvenient if you are busy as I am. read more

Definitely don't come here if you're picking up/refilling a prescription! I waited in the drive thru line for 25 minutes just to tell me my prescription wasn't ready... hours later I come back just to wait for another 45 minutes and turns out it was ready the whole time. They just typed my last name in wrong. They were sorta apologetic but hello I'm sick as crap and I even spelled it out for you guys. The Walgreens itself is pretty solid - friendly people at the prescription center, seasonal items, etc. etc. The only thing different about this place is that people that tend to visit. It's common to find rougher, poorly kempt people shopping, loitering and driving shoddily here. The up side: 2 redbox machines. read more

Worst pharmacy in the world! They move so slow and don't care if there is a line building up! They just act like you aren't there! Even in the drive-thru expect to wait 20 min. The rest of the store staff seem to be friendly and keep the place clean! I would suggest going to wal-mart to fill your medication. Much faster! read more

I've been using this pharmacy for seven years (since we moved to NWA) and it is HANDS DOWN the best in the area. The pharmacists and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I have a rare autoimmune disease, and despite the plethora of different drugs I have to take, they have always been able to get my medications in promptly and correctly, and they are always more than willing to answer any questions I have about drug interactions or side effects. As for the "line building up" that the other reviewer mentioned, yes, they're often very busy. But they're hardworking and efficient, and I think the wait is less than at other pharmacies. read more
