Worst service I've ever had at a pharmacy. I was too far away from my regular pharmacy and had a prescription sent here. The ladies at the counter were very rude, not welcoming at all. Told me it would be 30 minutes before it was ready, after 30 minutes they told me 15-20 minutes, then told me they didn't have my prescription in stock. I wasted 45 minutes!!! The ironic part is that they have a sign on the register that says everyone is going through something so be kind. Guess that doesn't apply to customers. Their entire attitude was sour. read more

Called and asked if they had a rescue inhaler in stock. They said they did and would fill it ASAP. We rush there and they say it's not in stock and it'll be here tomorrow. read more

Enjoy the drive-thru access for picking up scripts for sure. It can back up quickly but still a great option. read more

Walgreens - The drive-thru service for Walgreens pharmacy access. - Drugstores Near Me - Farmington, Missouri

I ordered time sheets 2 days ago and went to pick them up and they were not ready. I waited 1o minutes and Noone even acknowledged or apologized. I will not make this mistake again. And I bet Noone reaches out to me after this bad review either. This was at the 600 karsch location in Farmington mo. read more

Hands down worst in the pharmacy business. Suppose to be a 24 hour pharmacy but that has obviously changed. It's anybody's guess when they'll be open.... Even if you call to find out. If it happens to be open the drive thru is wrapped around the building so you'll easily wait an hour or longer to pick up your meds. It was bad before Covid now it's just down right ridiculous. read more

This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. Not only was the wait time ridiculous but the girl couldn't even figure out how to run our insurance so we had to pay more and the SHE GOT AN ATTITUDE WITH US. We will NEVER be back here read more

This location is clean and the staff in the store are friendly. The problem at this location is the pharmacy, they seemed to be understaffed and they tell everyone waiting for an rx in store it's a 20 min wait, when that clearly isn't the case. My 20 min wait turned into 1 hrs. 21 mins. And I was a cash Customer so they did not have to call insurance or anything. Not very organized. If I knew the wait was going to be so long I would have ran somewhere else and came back. Let's work on getting the pharmacy under better management. The pharmacist must have just came out of school. read more

The staff had no idea what they are doing. I went there for the covid vaccine. The online sign-up for COVID is pointless because they don't use it LMAO, even with signs at their store showing you can use it. You have to do everything over again with registration when you show up. Watching them on the computers typing is the same as watching monkeys playing with the keyboard. At least the monkeys are doing for the purpose of curiosity. These clowns type and type and ask the same question again. After wasting 30 mins of my life waiting. They turned me down with no vaccine shot. And it is in print no one will ever be turned away even if they don't have ID. I was TURNED AWAY I had my passport but wanted a driver's license but don't have one. I'm on Medicare and VA but cant find me on the system. NEVER going to Walgreens again. No wonder this chain is getting replaced by others like CVS and Walmart. read more

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They are very unfriendly and have no idea what they are doing. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but today was my last straw. My prescription was supposed to be done at 10 am on 12/10/22. (It was called in on 11/30/22) My husband went to pick it up at 3:30pm on 12/11/22. Once again my prescription was not ready and my husband was treated extremely rude. I called and asked what happened. I was told by the Pharmacist to call my doctor and have my prescription transferred to another Pharmacy because they could not fill it at this time. I hope corporate sees my complaint. I am in a customer service business and no employee that works with me would ever say that to anyone one of our customers. Extremely poor customer service in Farmington!!!!!!!!!! read more

So I wanted to share the experience I had with Walgreens in Farmington. It's the one located at 120 East Karsch BlVD. I got a phone call and it was an automated message telling me the prescription I had put in for wasn't getting made because there was an issue with the insurance. So I called them immediately to speak to someone to figure out what I needed to do to get this resolved. A woman answered the phone and I asked her about this and let her know my concerns. She looked into it and said that the issue had been resolved. I was very thankful, but then asked her if she could tell me when the prescription would be ready. This is my daughters prescription she has been on for over 2 years now and I know it takes 24 hours for it to be made. I didn't know if they could get it done by this evening or tomorrow morning so I asked the question and was placed on hold. I sat on hold for over 15 minutes. I decided at that point to go to the pharmacy because I was right down the street and maybe they were busy. I pulled up and there were no cars in front of me. I talked to the girl at the window and told her of what just went on and that I just wanted to find out if the prescription would be ready now or if I need to come back tomorrow morning. She apologized for me being on hold and went to check on this. The girl who I had been on the phone with prior to this comes to the window, attitude in all. She says mam you need to give us 24 hours to fill these prescriptions but I am going to make an exception for you today. I said I did in fact call 24 hours prior to this actually more than 24 hours prior and that it was placed on hold because of the insurance and I wasn't needing it rushed I was simply asking when it would be ready, in 10 minutes or by tomorrow morning. I just wanted an answer. This woman named Brittany by the way got a huge attitude with me. She continued to be rude and condescending to me as I was simply trying to get a prescription filled for my 10 year old daughter that helps her stay in remission. She literally stood there and starred me down as I was pulling out away from the window. She looked at me like she was about to fight me. She was extremely hostile and this was all in front of my children and husband. So to you Brittany at Walgreens in farmington I hope you get what you deserve from this. I am a regular customer of Walgreens and will be for years to come considering my daughter will be on medications for the rest of her life. People like you shouldn't hold jobs like this. There are others out there who would have treated me with decency and respect. To Tanya who stood there laughing about the situation I hope you learn from Brittany's mistake. I hope you realize how wrong both of you were to treat a mother who is only trying to care for her chronically ill child. Today the Assistant manager called me and told me both girls were spoken with. I asked him if either would apologize. I doubt that will happen. He says that Brittany regrets her actions. I'm not quite sure that is true since I have heard this isn't her first offense. I just wanted to put this out there in how a mother who is trying to care for her child was treated. I shouldn't have to worry on whether or not I will have to argue to get my daughters prescription or not. This is just uncalled for. read more

Go elsewhere if you want your prescription in a timely manner. Drove from Ste. Genevieve only to find it would take upwards of 2 hours to get our daughter's prescriptions filled after finding out they rejected it from the Dr. the evening before. Called the Dr. office and cancelled it to Walgreens and had it sent to CVS in Ste. Genevieve instead. Called CVS 10 minutes later and it was ready for pickup already. read more

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used hands down! They always have some problem filling my perscription everytime no matter what it is. Forget about trying to call them and talk to a person unless you have at least an hour or two to waste waiting on hold. Even if you get through to talk to someone it's still almost always unhelpful. If you happen to be lucky enough for them to actually fill your perscription be prepared to wait several hours for them to do so. They like to tell you it will be a certain amount of time and then when you come to pick it up they add an hour or two on to that as well. I've NEVER had a positive experience here!! read more
