Trying to get a prescription transferred to an alternative store. I was told by your pharmacy associate that the Walgreen's in West Chester lied to me about transferring my prescription to them. What a crappy thing to say! I have lost faith in your customer service. read more

This Walgreens is TERRIBLE! Honestly, I haven't found any good pharmacies in the Englewood area. I tried using Kroger briefly and went right back to Walgreens. My biggest draw to Walgreens, was their points program. Unfortunately, they changed it a few years ago, and I no longer get points for my prescriptions that have no cost. I actually changed my insurance so that I could stay with Walgreens. Specifics about this location... They are S L O W. And not normal pharmacy slow, but slow like they just don't care about you slow. They have had a sign on their drive thru for months that the drive thru bell doesn't work, so you have to go inside. I started having my prescriptions shipped, because it was easier than dealing with them in person. I constantly have prescriptions that aren't filled or ones that are filled incorrectly. When you call, the pharmacist is trying to do 12 other things at once. I have never had their undivided attention in the nearly 2 years that I've been using this location. Lack of attention to the customer, lack of urgency to fix problems, and just overall lack of care, makes this a less than ideal place to get your prescriptions filled. read more

Walgreens - Drive-thru at Walgreens Clayton. Has been closed for months now. - Cosmetics & Beauty Supply Near Me - Englewood, Ohio

The worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. Some techs do their job, while others are just standing there or moving with zero urgency. When they do look for your prescription they can't find it and have to ask others to help them. read more

Staff are nice enough but you never get your prescription in a timely manner unless you sit there for 20-30 minutes waiting for it. But don't worry because after you go home and start taking your very important medication you realize they shorted you! Another trip back to the pharmacy!! read more

Horrible Pharmacy! I was upset bc I waited in line for 20 min when 1 person was In front of me. The short brunette girl was so rude to me and rolled her eyes at me I told her I never want to come here again and that I'm switching to Rite Aid. As I was walking out the door she then starts yelling my name over and over again so I raise my voice back at her and told her never to yell at me from across the room again. She then gets on the intercom and continuously says my name and to come to the pharmacy as I'm walking out the door she did it like five times while I'm walking through The store to leave. Once I get in my car I look at my phone and she called me five times I honestly consider this harassment and extremely psychotic. The next day I called the pharmacy to see if my order is available and the pharmacist started going off in the background of the phone conversation yelling how she already told me that it was ready why am I calling to ask? So I actually go to the pharmacy and I asked to speak to her and I ask her why I deserve to get treated the way they're treating me. Why am I getting disrespected for absolutely no reason by her and the staff member ? She explained to me that she was in a rush and was sorry and was talking loudly and shouldn't have. This place is absolutely insane and is extremely disrespectful. There is one woman in working there, a wonderful sweet lady I don't know her name she's African-American I enjoy seeing her every time I go in there and I feel bad that she has to work around these mean nasty little girls I hope she find another job I hope she reads this and gets out. Lady I don't know your name but thank you for all of your kind service I'm sorry you have to deal with these mean nasty girls all day. No pharmacist should EVER be that disrespectful and unprofessional so I can only imagine what you have to deal with w behind closed doors you poor thing. read more

After years as a loyal customer I have reached my limit. When engagingt with pharmacy staff I have been met with horrifying customer service. In this last instance, I was notified that my prescription was canceled. I called the pharmacy for information. I was told that insurance will no longer cover refills. I asked why this is the case as I had been a customer with this for a long time without any issues. The young woman on the called was very short and direct and seemed annoyed that I had questions. She said "well you will need to call your insurance. Have a nice day." She ended the call before she even said day. At that point I called the doctor's office due to the issue with insurance. I was called by my doctor's office a few hours later. They said that they called the pharmacy. They said that the young lady that answered stated that there must of been a misunderstanding and that my insurance will cover the prescription and that I was advised to contact them and went on to say that I yelled and hung up on them rudely. Really? This is outrageous. I believe my demeanor was quite reserved. Also, for her to describe my behavior in a manner that describes her demeanor perfectly is an insult that I will not allow. I will take my business elsewhere. Permanently. read more

wish i could put negative stars. the manager/pharmacist was unprofessional and to be honest, she gave me second hand embarrassment. i don't feel like typing a paragraph about what happened but just know she is foul and i would take your pharmacy business needs elsewhere read more

I get my insulin at Walgreens and every 3 months they have been running me back and forth each time 3 or 4 times. Either they screw up the insurance, or they don't have it and today was a new ne NO PHARMACIST. A lot of the time they don't have it or have enough on hand. I am sick of it. Krogers could never get the insurance right and they overcharged me and had to pay me back over $1000 Walgreens seems to have issues keeping good employees. I am so angry with their service.. What is wrong with these pharmacies? read more
