Too many issues to name. Start with being told a prescription was being filled, then they didn't have enough meds to fill a partial prescription, then they were out all together ( after I dove there to pick it up!) Many 2nd Partial prescriptions being canceled all together after awhile, was told they could get the meds so they canceled the 2nd half of the order. Pharmacy is always backed up and understaffed. The pharmacy is notorious for having issues, promising to fix them, then having the same issue next visit. I don't know if the pharmacist is incompetent or the manager is, but there's always a problem. I'm ready to pull a California and take my business elsewhere. read more

Typically this is my go to pharmacy ! The regular staff is always so helpful and polite ! They know your name and are ready to help! Recently there has been a fill in pharmacist visiting from another Walgreens , she brings down the entire staff!!! She's rude , condescending and unpleasant ! The wait time is longer and she is very unhelpful. I was left on hold for over 20 mins waiting to speak to her when i called and was told the medication would be ready that i had called about 24 hours prior . Now two Hours after the phone call with her they are still not ready and I'm left waiting again! read more

so ordered some canvases and some more photos through the photo center and they were supposed to be ready by 10 am so i went at 10:30 and they weren't done they said they would have them done soon so we left and we went back at 4pm and they still weren't done and then they told us they didn't know how to do some of the photo options that they offered read more

Ridiculous pharmacy operation. Took 3 people to find my prescription (they misplaced the written RX) and then tell me their system was "down" after I waited another 15 minutes. No one there knows what they are doing. read more
