I tried calling this location for a few hours before giving up and going in person to have a prescription transferred. The line was 15 people deep, with cars backed up in the drive through. Needless to say, this location is a shit show. I've never spent so many hours in a day dealing with, and then sitting among the germ filled at this actual location. I left the gross building to get in my car and sit in the drive through. Been at a standstill for 25 minutes now. That means 25 minutes ON ONE CUSTOMER. This is ridiculous. read more

This place is a joke. Dropped my prescription off around noon, they tell me give it an hour. At 12:30 I get an automated call saying there's an issue and they're trying to resolve it, they'll call if they need my assistance. Ok, I go back in and wait in line for 20 minutes. Then at 1:15 I tell him okay don't run it through my insurance if they won't approve it but I still want me meds. He says give me 10-15 minutes and it'll be filled. No call, no announcement. At 1:40 got pissed off after 25 minutes of waiting and stood in line again to not get my meds until 2. Waste of 2 hours of my life, I'd rather drive 30 minutes out of the way than to go here ever again. They're ridiculously slow and clueless. read more

Stay away from this place. I just had surgery this past Monday and submitted my prescription. Picked up prescription on Tuesday. Today (Saturday), I had a feeling there's one prescription missing. When I come to find out, the antibiotic, which prevents an infection, was never given to me. I go to the pharmacy and explain this. They simply said "oops". Now I have a freaking infection. The pharmacist and pharmacy is not qualified. They are a mess! read more

Yea, that's right. One star. But it's 24 hours! Anything good this place has to offer comes crashing down when you go to the register. There is a woman named Sonia that is without exception rude to everyone I know. It really dampers everyone's experience and even caused one of my friends to get into a fight with her. You say hi, thank you -- doesn't matter. She won't look at you and she will make you feel stupid for everything. I will change my review when she gets nicer. read more

Horrible customer service. My disabled husband went into this store and asked for assistance retrieving an item. He was told " We don't have personal shoppers go get it yourself" by the female older cashier. Fortunately one of the young men working did help him. He only needed 2 items.. we are visiting from California and are stunned that this women is in the customer service industry. read more

Long lines at register, wonderful staff at pharmacy. This is Walgreens, so I think we all know what to expect in a general sense. Anyone who's read my reviews know I despise the Walgreens off of Brickell, largely because of the ineptitude of the pharmacy staff. The pharmacy at this Walgreens is the diametric opposite. The pharmacy staff is friendly, knowledgeable and, most importantly, consults with you about issues you have. Have the flu and looking for something over-the-counter? They'll walk around the counter and show you different medications and talk about the pluses and minuses. Prescription not called in by doctor? They'll look up the doctor's office and call the doctor for you. Out of a nebulizer? They'll call other pharmacies to find one that has the item. The register at the front always seems to be a hassle though. Long lines, the Colombian lady is nice, but the rest are surly types. I try and pick up what I need at Walgreens when I fill a prescription, so I don't have to deal with the front register staff. read more

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Their service is TERRIBLE. There is always a line when picking up a prescription and for the drive through too. Don't bother using their text messaging service to have a prescription refilled beforehand because apparently they don't "see anything in their system" after waiting an hour in a line of 5 people because there's ALWAYS an issue. And, the other day I overheard an employee talking to a customer saying they spoke to management and asked if they were building a second Walgreens and unfortunately they're not. It's probably a good thing because I'm sure their service at a second location wouldn't be any better. A huge disappointment every time I have* to go in there. This place is a joke. read more

The store is clean and the staff is friendly, but DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. You're going to wait forever every time you're here. I don't know if they're severely understaffed or just incompetent, but every time I'm here it seems like I wait in line for half an hour or more just to drop off or pick up any prescriptions. Worst customer service ever I have to wait 1 hour to get my prescription because the personal in charge was super slow

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I've ever had to work with. They NEVER answer the phone so you go to the pharmacy and they are incredibly rude to you. Medicine is filled incorrectly 85% of the time. No matter how many times it's explained and it's on my profile, they always say I'm wrong. I've dealt with other Walgreens and have never had these issues. I'm stuck with them at the moment but we are working to find a way to never use them again. I've listened to others in line complaining about their lack of incompetence. I HIGHLY suggest you do not use them. read more

I am giving this pharmacy one star because zero stars are not an option. I went to the drive thru and waited over an hour with only five cars in line. I would have gone inside but was stuck between two cars. Last time I will ever use this pharmacy. Going to the emergency room being admitted and discharged would be faster. i was driving to school and needed to pull out cash. i saw my bank but, unfortunately it was on the other side of the road therefore, i was going to have to bust a move and pull a u turn and then i see a huge sign that says no u turns and a cop 2 cars behind me so, i was screwed. i kept on driving and saw a Walgreen's with a Washington mutual ATM sign i pulled in and saved myself a 2 or 3 dollar fee that i would have gotten if i would have gone to another ATM to pull out cash. i love Walgreen's! read more

If you can choose a different pharmacy, do so. There's only one or two people on staff there that are worth a salary. The rest of them lack creativity or initiative to do their jobs. The system is down more than acceptable to process insurance policies. Just an utter mess. Got so fed up with my last experience that I asked for my original script on my visit from this morning and took it over to CVS. I was in and out of CVS in 20 minutes. This is the worst Walgreens I have ever been to..the worst pharmacy period. Last month they lost my husband's prescription and said I didn't take it in and after 2 days they found it. When you call them you're put on hold forever and most times eventually disconnected. My husband's doctor has called 2 days in a row trying to call in a prescription and can not get through. Come here often considering I work close by . My only issue with today's visit was 2 things which I believe constitute as not so adequate customer service. The line to pay at front was extremely long and moving slow, beauty section was dealing with a return so I go to photo and he was messing with the self printing pics stations.. Mind u this there were to other stations available and no one waiting to print pictures. I asked him if he can ring me up please bc line is very long he replied with No bc I'm working on this machine.
