Heather.......is the 1 and only reason for this 1-star review of this particular Walgreen's location. She is the most condescending and rudely unprofessional (promoted) pharmacy tech I've ever dealt with-EVER. This review comes after numerous and very recent interactions with her. I really hate that the other wonderful people there have to be associated with her and this godawful unprofessionalism. I've been using Walgreen's (Lamey Bridge in Dville) for years now, along with my family. She always been short, rude and snappy but as of a few months ago, her behavior is excessively rude and unprofessional. I received an emailing asking me to review Walgreens and unfortunately there's nothing good I can say about the Pharmacy. I've read some of the negative post on here and they're dead on. One, they're all the rudest people I've ever dealt with. They quit caring about their patience after they got themselves busted in Miami Fl and was fined 80 billion dollars after that they started taking it out on their customers and it failed, they lose people daily. My Doctor refuses to call anything into Walgreens so Doctors also hate them. For you guys that don't know, it's on YouTube unless they paid to have it taken off but several years ago Walgreens in Miami Fla was filling fake scripts and they knew they were fake but what they didn't know was the DEA & FTA was on them and when they got busted and was fined 80 BILLION dollars is when they took it out on their customers and it's gotten worse since so they started buying some of the Rite Aids and the ones they have purchased they've lost customers. They lie to people telling them they can't refill your script it's to early when I did some checking and you can fill your meds within a week not, one day as they claim the law also reads this way except it says at Pharmacist discretion which made the power go to their heads. I would say a Pharmacist is an occupation most people hate and crazy as people are these days, I wouldn't want to be one. You'd have to watch your back everywhere you go. read more

These women are simply racist in the pharmacy here!!! If you have dreadlocks or a young brother, please I implore you don't even test me on this. Please just go to the next place closer because I'm sure you'd have a better xp, and that's no They let to white people go before me as if I didn't pull up first. Didn't allow me to correct that then proceeded to give me pure hell like some cops about my insurance card as if it was fake or I was a fraud, taking 25 to 30 mins with it until I said don't worry about it. Why I do that they took 30 more minutes giving me a Rx through them, it was 7:09am!! I sat around in the lot until around 8 because they closed at 10. So I decided to go in ask them how long would it be before I could receive my script and go they told me they have 14 orders before me with an empty store not to mention the others who were privileged anough to went before me go theirs. Walgreens! On the corner of not-so-happy Pros: they have a drive thru and they accept Tricare! Cons: This location's pharmacy is supposed to open at 9:00 am. I patiently waited at the window until 9 with cars lined up behind me. Opening time rolls around and 10 minutes rolls around and they finally opened at 9:10. The pharmacy technician didn't seem to happy. I dropped off my Rx and left. Luckily when I came back later that evening to pick it up she was gone a a lovely tech was here to serve me. I called twice to check on my son's prescriptions and was told they were processing and that I would get a call when they were ready. I never received a call and when hurrying to the pharmacy to try to get there before they closed, I called and the attendant was rude and refused to help, saying that I would just have to make arrangements with their Gulfport location. Also, the drive through has been closed for months, and they seem to not ever have the correct address and insurance information in the system. Would not recommend! read more

I received a text saying three of my four prescriptions were ready. We headed to the pharmacy, arriving at 7:30 PM knowing they closed at 9 o'clock. RUDE ROZET said the last prescription had just come through and would not be ready tonight. She was the rudest tech I had ever encountered there. I'm sure she even rolled her eyes at us. Absolutely no other customers were at the pharmacy. We asked if it could possibly be filled tonight. She said there was a slim, slim chance. We left, got 5 minutes down the road, and I received a text that it was ready. We have used this pharmacy for more than 20 years. It seems like it just keeps getting worse. I went in yesterday to do some late Christmas shopping and the manager Shelby and another coworker were in the photo department on FaceTime with someone and when I asked for my photos they clearly ignored my pleas. Then when I got my photos they were messed up faded and everything. I asked to speak the store Manager and I spoke briefly with him his name was Michael he clearly brushed me off and stated he did not have time to talk he was in a rush to leave! If you are searching for a pharmacy with friendly faces, positive attitudes, expedient service, and customer-first mentalities, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! This is the WORST pharmacy on the Coast. I had an eye injury last week and it took an act of Congress to get my two prescriptions filled. Less than a week later, I have three more prescriptions from my Primary Care that I am still waiting to be filled. No one has any answers to any of my questions concerning when they will be filled, and this is going on day 2 of not having them. Imagine if they were medications needed for continuance of life! I filed two complaints with Customer Relations. I'm hoping they terminate the bad apples and overhaul the service experience. It is desperately needed. I've been a loyal Walgreens customer for over 15 years and have been in the service industry for 20. I have NEVER had a more negative experience than this. I refuse to use this pharmacy after having dealt with the pharmacy manager, Andrew. He's rude and treats you like you are an idiot. Pharmacists are supposed to be caring, and supportive. This man is neither. On top of being rude, this pharmacy staff rarely ever answers the phone, and takes their sweet time attending to the windows. If you use this pharmacy, be prepared to be talked to, and carve out a good hour out of your day to pick up a prescription. Oh-- and don't bother asking a question of Andrew is working, he'll treat you like you're stupid and you still won't have an answer. You'll be better off calling another walgreens pharmacy. I get all my meds filled here. I normally avoid walgreens as they always have terrible service at their pharmacies in my opinion. But when I first moved here I needed something filled late one night, since they were open until 10 and close by I obliged. Since then, I've been satisfied. I've never had a problem with any lost prescriptions or wrong name, or wrong insurance/no insurance filed issues like every other WG I've been to. The younger male pharmacist is super nice and helpful. The only con is that they do take a long time to fill your prescription around an hour( sometimes less) when you drop it off and wait. read more

Surprised you are reading a review for a drug store? You have found the right store to go to! This is well-stocked, smaller Walgreens, but I go there all the time. All the associates are very helpful, they have a good selection of cosmetics, perfumes and....drum roll.....groceries! Yes, they have grocery staples here, including one week where 1 dozen eggs were 1 dollar. Oh, and they have a lot of over the counter medications and good pharmacy service. Omg they are awful! I have had so many problems with that place and my medications! Not to many they are a bunch of rude women! I try to never bring mine or my family's business there for anything and I tell everyone I know and people at the casino I work for. Last time they refused to refill a prescription that they had always filled there, due to their personal opinion. One pharmacist opinion who happened to be working there that day. They lied and said it was my doctors call but my doctor said that was not true it was wrong for them to do that, it was not safe to do that, it caused me to be sick cause I was not suppose to quickly be off that medication like that especially without consulting him and he had to eventually call it in somewhere else. He was not happy with them. So I stopped going. But then I had to use a old refill for an entirely diff medication, which I called in on their system and put in the # around 930 pm cause I work odd hours. I thought that's the one good thing they offer. They also do calls to let u know when it's ready. I wish I had time to explain why they said, in so many rude words that it was My fault that I wouldn't be able to get that cause they didn't see it in the system for some reason I shoulda just called before they closed and it's my prob not theirs and much more. Let's see what Sara or heather, one of those were her name, can do for me when I complain. Idk why they have a line to put your order in after hours and an expiration date if they just pick when they say it's good to refill anymore or not. I was even gonna pay cash for it. The "pharmacist" Andrew was just about the MOST unprofessional person I've ever had to deal with. He and the associate he had working with him continued to loudly bad mouth another pharmacist customer and ignore the customers in the line. When I asked if my prescription was ready, or was going to be ready soon, I told him it was unprofessional to act that way in front of customers. Evidently I hit a nerve, he became defensive and asked if I was a "doctor" because he was. Um, okay, good for you. Don't act like a pathetic teenager with all your angst pent up inside if you're supposed to be a professional doctor. Never again will I use this pathetic excuse for a pharmacy. Every time I use a Walgreens I tell myself never again. This for sure, will be the last time. I will also be forwarding this on to the corporate headquarters about Andrew. What a scumbag.
