Pretty much your standard Walgreens. It is next to the Rouses Market, so parking is not an issue. They have the usual stuff associated with a Walgreens and I was able to grab what I needed and head back to my hotel after a long day of traveling for work. As for the ambiance, it us your typical Walgreens. It is bright inside and the staff was friendly enough. Overall, this was a good place to grab a few things and then I headed to Rouses to grab some food items for while I was in town working. Overall, I would recommend here. read more

Worst pharmacy in Baldwin county. Medication is never ready on time, and I'm talking easy Rx like antibiotics or steroid meds/ointments. Every employee is rude with zero work ethic. We moved over to CVS after months of disappointment with Walgreens and have been blown away at the difference. If you want actual competency, go to CVS. Holding Medication is illegal! They must be called out and prosecuted! They tell you lies and they tell the medical professionals lies! They need to be sued again and I think I have all the evidence I need! Thanks pharmacist! I called a day before and asked when will my medication be available and a lady told me Friday then I asked to speak with the pharmacist on duty (the man) and he confirmed! Every month for the past 6 months they have had me tell my doctors to rewrite my script! It's not good enough! I am on hospice and I just want to die in piece but every month they hold my meds saying the dr didn't write it correctly!! I had them write it the way you said you needed them to write it last month... no it needs to say this! Ok well why didn't you call them when they sent it in to say it wasn't written correctly?? It's after hours now and you have to hold my meds until tomorrow bc you changed your mind about how it should be written!!? They called it in at 9 am it's 6 and now I have to wait until tomorrow bc you didn't do your job! I had to start recording my every phone call bc the male pharmacist told me on month to wait until tomorrow that he would call and verify the following morning. I called at 1pm they opened at 8am... he said I called and sent them a fax. I called my dr. And they said he didn't do either!! Liars and they are playing with ppls health and safety! I am going to have a case a mile long... hopefully I'll get another 350 mill out of this one!! read more

No matter when a prescription was called in - it will never be ready when you go to pick it up the first time. The excuse is we are always short staffed. Mind you we are not talking high level science- we are talking about a simple script for a simple non-narcotic medication that showed up from a factory in its ready to serve commercial form. It takes being able to count to 20 and printing a label. How do I know when it got called in? Because I am sitting with the prescribing doctor at lunch and I call nonsense on the excuses offered. Btw a just because you get to show up to work and wear scrubs doesn't make you a pharmacist - it makes you a store clerk with relaxed clothing. Don't try to play - only the actual licensed pharmacist is a pharmacist- a technician isn't even close to the same thing. read more

Pharmacy is horrible. I waited for a day 1/2 for any update to my prescription. Never heard anything so I called and they said they don't carry it. Didn't notify me or anything and when I called it in they said they did. Took no accountability and didn't even apologize. Very rude customer service. Go elsewhere! read more

Rude pharmacist, slow service, and have left me looking for another pharmacy. I just moved to Daphne and this is the second prescription I have had filled. The first one required three trips to pick up, I assumed it would be ready the next day after it was called in (my mistake), the second trip they had mistakenly told me it was ready when I called, third trip I finally got it. One thing I have noticed in all of the visits there is that they are very slow and show no urgency or care at all about customers' wait times. They definitely will not cut short their chit chat short just because someone is standing there waiting. I heard about half of a lovely story about their mutual friend and her boyfriend and what they did the previous weekend. While I was standing right in front of one of the ladies. Then tonight I call about my second time getting a prescription filled and the pharmacist keeps me on hold an excessive amount of time, and keeps picking the phone up to check if I'm still there for some reason, about every three or four mins, just to put me on hold again. When I finally get to speak to someone they are short, rude, and even though it is their mistake that made it not ready yet they refuse to fill it while they were still open (they were open about another 90 mins when I spoke with him) and when I attempted to explain that I was out of that and needed it he said he didn't care. So do what you want, if that's the service you are looking for then by all means. But I'm looking for something a little better, so I'll keep looking for a new pharmacy. read more

I really wanted to give this store 5 stars but the Pharmacy manager Tara Smith is the rudest person I have ever met. She never smiles and rolls her eyes if you ask her to do anything more than give you your prescription. Maybe she has personal issues or hates her job. Whatever the problem is she needs to learn to slap a smile on her face when dealing with customers. I'm at a loss as to how she obtained her position. The rest of the pharmacy staff, however, are wonderful! Especially Brittany. She will address you by name every time and even when it's the end of a long day she is always a pleasure to work with read more

Awful, terrible service. Rude employees. My doctor called In a commonly prescribed a antibiotic at 2:00pm. I waited at the drive thru line 30 minutes at 4:30. When it was my turn the person put a big sign in the window saying they closed due to no pharmacist on duty. I went inside at 5:00, stood in a long line. Got up to the counter and the person told me the pharmacist was filling my prescription just then and to have a seat. An hour later she asked me my name again and said the pharmacist was filling it just now. At 6:20 she called me up to the counter and rang up my 2 prescriptions. I will NEVER use Walgreens Pharmacy again. This is the third time this has happened to me 3 times at this Walgreens. Strike Three! read more

I was so bummed when BCBS dropped the Rite-Aid I could walk to from home and hated that all my meds had to be moved to Walgreens - a whopping 3 miles from home. Rite-Aid and I had just gotten used to each other and then - BAM - I had to start all over again. I could not be happier. One call to my Doc and an hour later I got the happy text alerting me my meds were ready. Since I need a few things I went inside. They didn't even need my insurance card! It will take a few trips to get used to the aisles but everything I needed was there, priced right, and service was very fast. They don't greet me by name (yet) and I walked in prepared to be a tad miffed. Instead, I left pretty happy and in under five minutes. Daphne is my "Bayway". The traffic stinks, the lights are not synced and it is crowded. ny place in Daphne getting 5 stars from me is well-earned. read more

I go to Walgreens about once every couple of weeks. I rarely ever take medicine, although when I do need something over the counter, the pharmacists at Walgreens are aways very helpful if I have questions. As far as having prescriptions filled, Walgreens is fairly expensive. I go so often because they just have the best deal on toilet paper and I hate flushing money down the toilet. Pun intended. It's about half the price you'd pay in the grocery store or other stores, with a 12 pack of Cottenelle priced around $5. They also have decent buys on soaps and shampoos and other toiletries. Their photo shop is one of the quickest and most reasonably priced around. Seriously, if you haven't been to Walgreens in a while, go see what kind of deals you can find there. read more

This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy!!! I get three prescriptions a month. Last month they shorted one script by 30 pills.... I take two a day.... they had 30 in the bottle, not 60! Then a couple weeks ago I had an antibiotic called in- it was 15 pills short! Do yourself a favor and use the CVS across the street!! I'm switching TODAY!!! read more

This Walgreens is the worse. Tara S. is one of your pharmacists and she has a very sorry attitude. She acts like it is too much trouble to do anything extra and she rolled her eyes when I asked her a question. Forced to use this pharmacy by my insurance. Previous Walgreens before we moved was stellar. This one not so much. The pharmacy staff has a tendency to act like you are a bother when picking up scripts. There is one pharmacist that makes it a painful experience if you have to ask questions. She has such a snotty attitude toward customers. We are changing our insurance so we don't have to deal with them any longer. Oh, and if they have to do extra work, like taking care of a prior authorization, forget it. They don't even tell you one is needed, they just charge you full price. Hate this store. Is everyone talking about the Foley Store here? I tried them at first when Walmart informed me my pain meds could not be filled any longer by them. I tried 3 other pharmacies chains before I checked with Walgreens. They told me no problem but I did not know that they were in the end stage of taking over RITE-Aids stores . That along with my issue that effected more than just me. I had more than one bad experiences at the Foley store before I found out all of the above info. So I called Walgreens in Daphne, talked directly to the pharmacist. She told me that they were not in the blending process of all that the other stores were doing. She explained to me that she could fill my meds no problems. She took the time to talk to me personally when I got to the store. Called the other store to have everything moved over to their system. She also called Walmart about my other current prescriptions I needed. I have had nothing but great customer service, attitude, friendly smiles and complete satisfaction so far...lol Just adding another view point here ! read more
