This is by far the best pharmacy. They are friendly, they get to know their customers and do their best to get your prescriptions fast.

Lil General is so much more than just a convenient store. They've got a full delivery service, a…read morereal butchery, and fresh food every day. What really makes them stand out are their weekly specials--especially the Tuesday meatball subs. These subs are made fresh right in front of you, loaded with flavor, and the price is unbeatable. Honestly, they're some of the best I've ever had. Between the affordability, quality, and friendly service, this place has become a go-to spot. If you haven't tried Lil General yet, do yourself a favor and stop in--or better yet, go on a Tuesday and grab a meatball sub. You won't be disappointed!

I wanna like this place, but there was just too much "this would be great BUT..."…read more When I went into the store there was a woman getting something from the deli (pasta salad or something). When she was done I went and asked if they make sandwiches to order. The guy working said "no, we make all of our sandwiches fresh each morning and they're in the case by the door." He wasn't rude, but it seemed odd that they wouldn't sell me a custom sandwich. Here's my first complaint: all the sandwiches were on little foam trays and covered in plastic (like a piece of steak would come on at a grocery store), I don't know if this is how they always do it, but it's a bad idea: all of the sandwiches were squished flat because of how tight the plastic was (and also probably because they stack them up). I'm no elitist, I'm not a fancy guy, but presentation is half the battle and these sandwiches were not appetizing. What's wrong with just rolling your subs in deli paper? I swallowed my pride and grabbed the least flattened turkey sub, along with a bag of chips and a drink. The cashier girl was polite and asked me if I wanted any condiments for the sub, which I did. When I got home and began eating my sub I discovered it already had mayonnaise on it, which I don't like. And it wasn't listed on the label with the ingredients. Which is exactly why I would've ordered a sandwich from the deli, not because I think the ones in the case aren't fresh, but because they looked awful, and now to me it tasted awful. The turkey too was really crumbly... it didn't look like a turkey sub, it looked like a tuna sub. I'm giving 3 stars because the cashier was friendly and the subs ARE cheap, it was less than $4 for a 6" sub. But you know what? Charge me $5 or $6 and make it look (and taste) worth eating. This is one of those places where some things are ridiculously cheap (like the subs) and other items are more than they would be at Cumberland Farms or 7-11.

Li'l General - Very sketchy business. They charge you a card fee without letting you know.

Stopped in here one Friday and noticed that they had a wine tasting. I am always on the search for…read morenew wines and up for a tasting. We tried 6 different wines, a couple were ok but nothing hubby and I liked enough to buy. The guy doing the tasting seemed quite knowledgeable so we decided to ask him for what he would recommend for us. He spent quite a while talking to us about wine, what he likes, asked us what we did like to know where I tastes lie and came up with a list of suggestions. We ended up buying 2 of his choices. One we loved and will be going back to buy, and the other we thought was ok. We drank the whole bottle but since there are so many wines out there, it did not make our short list. We can't wait to go back and pick out a couple more of the ones he recommended. I liked how friendly he was ( the kid at the cash register was super nice too, talking walking dead/fear wd with us because hubby had a zombie T on) and how you could tell he loved wine. I get tired of going in places and you try to ask someone in the store a question on something and they have no idea what you are even asking never mind an answer for you. We will be going back.

Do not use their paper bags for your wine. Only response was we will take a look at the bags and nothing else. It's a shame because I frequent this store often and not happy with something that should have been avoided.
