This Reny's was a surprisingly large store with two levels and had many products made in Maine. On the first floor, we picked up 2 bags of Fox Family Potato Chips (Salt and Pepper; Wicked Hot BBQ) before leaving the state of Maine. I wish we had purchased 5 more bags as the chips were delicious (potato flavor and not overly seasoned). Service was friendly and the checkout line was relatively short. The prices were comparable to what you might pay at a grocery store like a Hannaford. Overall, I think every visitor should stop by a Reny's at least one time to experience this unique Maine store!

Once inside it's your standard liquor store with a large variety of things. Honestly they had many ready to drink offerings I have not seen elsewhere including the particular drinks we were searching for. Staff were friendly enough, no complaints with checking out. My wife liked the store as well and got caught looking at the 3D Printed animals they had on sale after we bought our drinks. I suspect this is a spot many locals visit frequently and have a good relationship with the staff. It had those vibes that you'd expect to be a go to spot for those in search of drinks or smokes. I would return (not for the same specific drink because they were not that good, but that isn't a knock against Westbrook Market).

good will goods, by the pound! if you're willing to spend some time here, there's really good…read morestuff to be had on the *super* cheap. basically, everything is in these shallow bins that are raised up off the floor. and you root around in the bins to see what treasures you can find! the goods are roughly categorized (most shoes in one place, etc). the website shows the pricing breakdown... clothes are around $1.50/lb, some stuff is individually priced (cooking pans, 25 cents!). as the bins get emptied out, employees will come along, tell everyone to move back, remove some bins, replace them, and then everyone really goes to it! good fun. and a good deal. just plan to spend some time searching for what's good, rather than looking for a specific item. it's not that kinda good will. sometimes there's certain stuff, like furniture (recently, each piece was a Dollar. that's right, $1), then sometimes there's not. fyi, they actually *weigh* your entire cart, then deduct the weight of the cart. i was impressed, i hope you will be, too.

I was shopping for my other 1/2 who loves Hawaiian style shirts. One of the staff was in the area, he assisted in my finding the perfect shirts & I bought him shorts plus a few other ditties. The gentleman in glass wear assisted in tightening my sunglasses & kindly cleaned them. The guy in menswear was more than helpful. The checkout pro heard a big crash when I was pulling gear out of my cart at his register. Those big candles make a thunderous noise. Oops. He was super cool & I was checked out quickly. I will return to add their names. All 3 deserve kudos for their professionalism & kind temperament. They are a +plus+ for Cabela's!! I'm sure they've some doozies which in fact happened to me at a 2nd visit. I saw a very young female in an outfit made more for "street-walking" opposed to Cabela's outfitters. Wearing a barely there outfit leaving too much hanging around with a pair of 4" pumps teetering through the aisles wasn't working. If the fit was more fitting all the more power.
