(I promise this is no exaggeration) after 20 minutes i asked the lady behind the counter who was helping drive thru customers if anyone is helping anyone in line. Her answer was "no, not right now." 2 people walked away at that point. Absolutely horrible service. She could have at least alternated between cars and people.. AND there was another person behind the counter, but she was "filling prescriptions" so she couldn't get any of the 8 people that were waiting in line for 20 minutes and not being helped at all.

The pharmacist, Phaniraj C., called my Doctor for verification, (which is normal), but somehow convinced my Doctor to change my medication to something different, and half the amount of doses prescribed. Why would my Doctor change a prescription to something different than what he wrote just an hour before? The pharmacist knows what is best for me more than my Doctor does?

I had quite the unpleasant experience with an employee by the name of Amanda last night around 8pm…read moreat this location. I walked up to her inquiring about a specific item that I was seeking but what I encountered during this exchange was nothing but impertinence -- huffing and puffing; slapping her hand on her thigh as if I was being such a bother (it's retail); staring me down as if I was some kind of suspect; and, to top it off, she says to me in an aggressive tone, "I don't know what THAT is." I immediately informed her that her attitude was not befitting of a retail employee whose job it is to ASSIST customers. After that she changed her tune a bit and then tried to help, still giving me an attitude in the process. I told her that I was no longer interested in her assistance and that's when she said, "fine, find it yourself then" and walked away. After finding it myself, I found her at the cash register, ready to check me out. She attempted to smooth things over by offering me a half-ass apology and saying that she was just "stressed" but the damage was already done. When she saw that I wasn't interested in her apology, she huffed and puffed again while completing the transaction; making the situation much worse than it needed to be. I certainly understand the shortage of staff members and perhaps a desperate need for employees with customer service skills, but Amanda, should not be working in any customer-facing roles with that kind of attitude.

Absolute trash. Let me tell you... It's funny how you notice some things and others get past you…read more Kind of like how in the grocery stores the baskets stopped going behind the counter when you check out. Remember when the cashier took the groceries out of the basket for you and scanned them? Now you take your groceries out and put them on the counter because the baskets can't go behind there anymore. Well, I guess overnight Walmart took away checkout counters and replaced them with more self-checkout counters. I couldn't even find one employee checkout counter much less an employee behind the counter this past Friday night at 7:15pm. Here's what I could find though, four Walmart employees in the checkout area not paying attention because they were on their cellphones! Yes, these under twenty-somethings were all face deep in their phones oblivious to what's going on around them. When they looked up it was like they were lobotomized. I self-checkout with 4 items while I noticed my face on the screen for "security reasons." Pretty intrusive if you ask me. First I have to do it myself, someone else's job, and I don't even get an employee discount. Second, I'm being big-brothered by Walmart because they don't trust me. Third, as I'm walking out, a rude millennial says "Uh I need you to come back here." No sir or anything. I have to wait as she checks the receipt of someone who has a receipt the length of a toilet paper roll and a basket full of items. But does she open every bag? Does she even open one bag? No. She looks at the list for three seconds and says "ok". What?! I have to come back for this. So I open my wallet, pull out the receipt, give it to her, and she gives it right back. Here's an idea, check me out yourself at a register, scan all my items, and let me walk out, you know, how you used to do it. It's not self-checkout when I need an employee's help and permission to leave the store. Ridiculous. This is what the world is going to and we wonder why our children are idiots, void of any kind of work ethic, and lazy. Anyway, to hell with this store. Do it yourself checkout and you can't even tap your card to the machines. Awful. I will not be coming back here. Here I come Target!
