Long waits at drive through even with no customers at counter. Staff seen non concerned and have missed up my prescription twice. Rude if you ask a question and they became frustrated to redo a charge and complete correct insurance when I informed that they used incorrect insurance. There were no other customers at counter and yet I had already waited so long and sick so just paid the extra $10 difference non due amount so I could leave. Drop off a prescription at this location and have fun with the joyride. Was told "it'll be an hour and a half...we'll call you" at 8:00 PM. It's now 10:57 PM and waiting here pissed off beyond belief. The pharmacist just told me they are completely out of stock on one of my two Rx and "we're just getting started" on my other one. I have a sick infant at home who is crying in pain and now I have to deal with this bullshanity. This store is also in tweakerville, be vigilant when coming here at night. Never again, never again. This is a 24-hour Walgreens near the Fresno State campus. They have a drive-thru pharmacy that is also open 24 hours a day, which is really handy. There are other 24-hour Walgreens in the Fresno area, but this is the only one with a 24-hour pharmacy. read more

I would have given the pharmacy 0 stars if I could. I had a prescription sent there 3 days ago and was told they were working on it. I called to ask what the problem was, and was told they had no intention of filling it. I will now cancel the prescription and have it filled elsewhere.Even though my doctor is licensed in California, the pharmacist with a bad attitude would not fill it or bother to call back to tell me. Walgreen has now lost me and anyone I know as a customer for life, From the other reviews I see this pharmacy in Fresno should just close down. Worst customer service ever. read more

I have had nothing but problems with this pharmacy. I suffer from chronic pain from several blown discs in my back and there is not a single pharmacist here that has compassion for my disability, I always feel like they think I am some sort of drug addict everytime I go in. I am not the kind of person who ever runs out or tries to get my medication early, and have been doing this for years at this pharmacy but today was ridiculous. The tech had me sit and wait 15 minutes, then the pharmacist tells me she cant read the date and I had to go all the way back to the doctors office to have it rewritten because it is a controlled substance and cannot be done over the phone. then when I went back they made me start all over and wait for all the people in front of me to start my order. Chronic pain can be hell if your pain level gets away from you it is hard to get back under control and by now I was 4 hours past the time I was due for my next dose. I told the pharmacist that I have to go to work that's why I came in early and here I am 4 hours later in severe pain. no compassion and they treat people with legitimate conditions like criminals. I have also had to call them and been on hold for 45 minutes. I will be switching to a mom and pop pharmacy next time. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Yes it's a 24 hour Walgreens and the pharmacy is always open. Great for people who HAVE prescriptions. Seeing as I don't, the quality goes to zero. The food selections are not only always stale but over priced. Proving that people only buy shit here as a last resort. On to my main complaint, the help. There is a Latina woman who is chunky with short hair who consistently treats myself and my boyfriend like crap for no other apparent reason than..sigh.. racism. I know what you're thinking. how could i possibly know that for a fact. well, the fact that she has on multiple occasions let Latin persons intentionally skip us in line and acts all rainbows and ponies when shes talking to them and then acts like shes disgusted by having to ring us up is a clue. Also, she ignorantly assumes i cant speak Spanish because, and Ive caught her on many occasions chatting with co workers telling them to take their time getting us checked out, and to ignore us when calling the next person in line because "that tall white bitch is a pain in the ass" so ya. not a fan of an establishment that would allow such a horrible person to be a face of customer service despite the various complaints that not only i, but other customers have described to the manager. read more

No stars at all!! The techs here are so rude!! If your paying with cash you get treated like royalty.. bust out a calviva card and you get treated like a piece of trash!! So sad.. who are they to judge us?!! I was picking up a prescription for my wife, got asked for insurance with a smile. Told her the provider and got told very rudely that they don't take that and haven't for 6 years.. 2 years ago we got some meds with the same insurance by the way, she then shut the window and all of my options weren't even offered to me like paying cash, etc.. ended up paying with our atm card and were on our way.. my brother went yesterday and got treated the same.. I will be switching my hundreds of dollars worth of prescriptions to another place who actually cares about they're customers and aren't fake.. so sad, every time I go I get treated like a criminal.. not cool.. thumbs down!! I will be telling my hundreds of friends about this and will boycott this place as long as I can.. read more

They shorted me a 10 day supply of my medication. The pharmacist or tech never verified the number of pills in my bottle before putting it on the shelf. The prescription attachment stated a 30 day supply. The sticker on the bottle stated a 30 day supply. The bottle is a sealed bottle so someone opened it that works there. I called and spoke to tech and he counted inventory and said they did intact short me and to come back. He never made a notation in the system. They blamed me. My insurance paid over $1000 for those 10 pills. Worse service there ever. The pharmacy and store manager were no help. I pray they go through the stress and nights of not sleeping like I did. read more

Let me start off by saying, I have never been more disapointed in customer service in my life. Seven hours to fill two very sick children's perscriptons and no one from there could be bothered to pick up the phone and let me no they no longer take my insurance. "What do you want me to do about it Mam?"... probably not the best response to give a furious mom. Thirty minutes to fax it to another pharmacy, twenty minutes to have it filled, then another thirty minutes because, oops you didn't see that one!!! Really??!! read more

Well I have been going there for 2 years now. Never know what type of service I will get been there when only one cashier is working and 5 people in line. Hmm. can't get that. 23 minutes of my life back. Lol. That has happened so much that I called there main headquarters to complain to no avil. I believe. A lot of these big companies just don't care about the customers but they do care. About tracking your purchases and the cash in your purse or wallet. I gave 3 stars because of 3 or 4 employes that work there that are friendly helpful and competent. I believe there hands are tied . The problem is with the manager and corporate. Wish I could place zero stars on this review. I don't write reviews on Yelp but I'm so frustrated that I have to write this one; the employees at this particular Walgreens are beyond incompetent. After waiting on the phone for over 15 minutes and talking to 4 different people who kept putting me on hold, I was finally able to ask my one simple question. The male employee I was speaking to apparently didn't have a clue what he was doing because he quickly pushed the phone into his managers hands who was equally as unhelpful. After taking her advise to call customer support - since she didn't have an answer - that individual (after a 9 minute wait) ALSO was rude, impatient, and couldn't explain to me why my photo order got messed up. This is pathetic and awful business practice. If you can't be polite and helpful, or at least TRY, then you have NO business being in a customer relations industry. I will never personally do business with Walgreens photo and I will always encourage friends to utilize Costco photo. Pathetic and unacceptable. read more

I'm currently on hold by the pharmacy department--a department that you would think would treat their customers with sensitivity and a sense of urgency due to the nature of their work. Apparently, they must have a manager that used to work at a fat food restaurant where they give a crap what their customers think or need. According to my telephone I have been on hold for 43 minutes and counting, each time being assured that I would be the next call answered. Are their phones in a closet or what? The recording informs me that other customers are being assisted and that if I would like to use the Automated system to press. Believe me I would if I could, but their are circumstances when you can't. I was having trouble breathing and needed to see if they had my medication on file. I have mild asthma. Fortunately, I was able to stabilize my breathing so that I can call my doctor tomorrow and have my prescription transferred . Pathetic service should not be rewarded, I will seek other providers. In away they did me a favor in letting me know where customers stand--I will not patronize them anymore for ANYTHING ANYMORE! Bigger is not better-only lazier. read more
