I hired her to do my makeup for my law school graduation last month and she did an incredible job. She knows I don't wear much makeup, so I was hesitant to get my makeup done because I wanted to look like myself but also look good while walking across the stage. I also know the last time I had my makeup done professionally (not by Megan), it was super heavy and I felt like I was wearing a mask. Megan used air brush foundation, which was light and lasted the entire day and night. I got my makeup done at 10:00 or 11:00 AM, and everything stayed in place throughout the entire day. I will be going back to her for my next big event. I highly recommend her for your next big event too! She is friendly, fun, and you won't be disappointed.

She hadn't even started yet though so it wasn't just that it all needed time to take. The lash lift didn't even take. (Yes, I followed all of the before and after care instructions. I'd don't it before with a different salon and didn't have any issues) The second time I went in to get my hair and makeup done and when I got there the person I'd talked to when booking the appointment had only booked me for a consultation so a month later when I got there I was turned away. I got my parents a massage gift certificate for them, decided to just take the loss rather than give it to them because I didn't want to send them somewhere where I'd had multiple bad experiences.

the beauty shop had a variety of products for daily face cleansing, with one such item in a…read moreclearance section in the back right corner of the store, and a more of such items in the furthermost right aisle, on the side facing the wall moreso toward the front of the aisle. i eventually chose the planttheory balancing face wash, as i've included in a picture below because the brand name evoked to me a association with natural ingredients and environmentally sustainable production practice. further, the face wash has been effective, leaving me feeling fresh after, and i believe for a valuable price, a lil over 15 dollars for a normal size face wash squeeze container, as i'm basing from similar products i've seen. nonetheless, i still have an interest in trying at least one other similar product from the store, as though the face wash is effective, the cleaning gel leaves its container quicker than i'd consider ideal. furthermore, the service i'd received was exceptional, with skye skillfully directing me to the location of the face wash products. i asked the same worker if the store receives tph hair care products on a regular basis, because i'd previously bought a conditioning product from target in a effort to support black owned business, and quite enjoyed it but did not want to buy the conditioner, also pictured below, unless the sally beauty store regularly carries it.

The lady that owns the shop is really nice and will do whatever she can to take care of your needs.
