I ordered "cards" with envelopes through the photo dept. they were nothing more than 4x6 photos with envelopes. I could have purchased the photos for $3.90 and envelopes for $1.99...instead I paid $16 because it said "cards". This was not card stock and the photos were very thin...not even a quality photo. I had a terrible experience with this location on Sunday, 4-19-26. Two cashiers told me I couldn't return an online purchase because there was no barcode on my receipt. They then told me they didn't know how to process a no-receipt purchase for store credit, and I had to wait two hours for the manager to arrive. I live 15 miles away and had to waste time until he got there. When he did, Nathan the manager, I was met with hostility and told that there was nothing that could be done. Not even store credit. I then went to my car and called Walgreens customer service, and by the end of the call, I received a store credit for the purchase. read more

They could do better on the time !! It takes entirely way too much time to refill prescriptions here!!! Either get more staff, or get a more efficient system in place , yes this is a larger town, but they really need to accommodate the fact of the town size !! Claremore, Oklahoma . And the prices at Walgreens are WAY too high!!!! I'm really surprised they sell anything, as high as they are . The prices need to be much lower !!! Buying a beanie baby hope bear to donate to the United Fund at Walgreens while being BLACK. On October 18, 2020 at approximately 5:15 pm I had a horrific experience when I observed Karen err I mean "Julie" an employee at Walgreens today taunting a black CUSTOMER who had a beanie baby up on the counter while Julie was laughing and snickering at him while he was trying to talk to her she ignored him and called the manager. The manager was shown the black customers Drivers license that had his name and birth day on it (because Julie falsely accused the black customer of being under the age of 21) when suddenly right in front of the manager Julie began to taunt the black man by mad dogging him while she laughed at him out loud in front of all of the customers and shook her head while the black man was trying to talk to the manager. Julies behavior was so intimidating that the black customer decided not to buy the bear and when he picked up the bear off the counter and tried to return to the place he got it from "Julie" started yelling at him and gesturing him in an aggressive, angry manner with her hands striking out towards him as she commanded him to drop the bear right then and there and would not allow him to put the bear away. I observed the fact that "Julie" did not speak to the white people the way she spoke to the black customer. The white people were allowed to carry around their merchandise and do as the pleased with it inside the store while she denied the black customer the same privilege. Will be following up with the corporate office of Monday about Julies disgusting customer disservice. read more

The best place to fill your prescriptions is Bennets. Walgreens is unable to compound for children or infants and usually doesn't have what you need. The Claremore Walgreens is also so overburdened that it takes hours to get your medication. Bennets is a smaller hometown type pharmacy where the pharmacist actual takes the time to talk to you. CVS is also helpful, and the are across the street. read more

This store always seems so cluttered and finding anyone to help you is impossible. I quit using the pharmacy services because of the extremely long wait. The drive through for pickup is an even longer wait. Now if I need a 24 hour pharmacy I drive to the Catoosa Walgreen's. read more

You can never make a quick trip to WalGreens. The drive-thru for prescription pickup is excruciatingly slow. Not just occasionally, but consistently. This may be a problem that is isolated to the Claremore, OK., location but the problem is real and should be addressed immediately! If a customer's prescription is not ready for immediate pickup, they should be required to circle around or to enter the store, no exceptions! WalGreens is currently the only 24 hour game in town, but that is about to change. If management will not address this persistent problem, competition will! read more

I went in to drop off a prescription and was treated so badly. The lady behind the counter was so rude.

Because I need to manage my son's prescriptions from long distance/out-of-town, I am pleased that Walgreen's patiently answers my requests and assists me AND my son's Claremore caretaker easily & timely. They let the Claremore caretaker know when the prescriptions are ready to be picked up, and they have convenient hours. This is such a relief in an already-anxious, temporary, inpatient situation. read more

I finally decided I'm done with the Walgreens in Claremore. I have had a couple issues with them before and still went back thinking it was just a bad day for them. However, yesterday did it for me. I went to get a script filled and they said they had it and for me to be back in an hour. So I did just that. When I get there, they told me they did not have it and then they say they can fill half of it. So I said ok fill half of it. Well, they couldn't even do that.The worst thing is they didn't even apologize!They never apologize when they make a mistake! Very bad customer service! I'm a very busy mom and have no time for their screw ups! I've never had a problem with any other Walgreens, just the one in Claremore. Will go to CVS in Claremore from now on. They filled my script in less then 10 minutes! Awesome customer service! read more
