I fell in love with the vanilla scents. I have reordered the vanilla as well as a few of the other scented lotions along with some of their handmade soaps through out the past several years. I recently needed to replenish and went on their website to order the Beach Baby scented lotion only to find out that it was no longer available. I emailed them to ask if they would be bringing it back anytime soon and was pleasantly surprised when they offered to make me a batch. Also I was kind of annoying because the girl at the register told me I was able to get something for free, she even rang it up and then she was like "umm no sorry". Be sure of it before you ring it up please and check on the screen. If I didn't have a toddler with me I would have asked for a manager. On top of it, my friend saw a lady at one of the cash registers talking to another employee looking in my direction circling her finger around her head like someone was crazy. What little hair, makeup, and nail products I need, I buy here, since they have a better selection and are cheaper than salon brands (looking at you, Aveda!). They had no problem exchanging an item for me that had a defective pump, and if you need a recommendation, they'll help you out. If you're beauty shopping, this should be your first stop.
