First she was late opening up the store. Second she bloched my contouring which bloched my blush. I asked her about fixing it and she took a sponge to my cheek but that did nothing!! When I was finally done with my make-up appointment I still had to have my hair styled. When we got back to our hotel room I had just enough time to get dressed and take off my foundation and blush and start over. I complained to the owners and I felt like I dismissed. I have been a customer of Merle Norman Cosmetics for many many years and I will never buy any products from any of the stores these owners own. I was fortunate enough too be able to fix my make-up myself, but that isnt the point. I regret going there!!!

They provided their life saving services to millions of people since 1976. At the height of their empire they employed around 17 doctors and dozens of other staff for services such as billing. They were pulling in tens of millions and frequently donated back to the community. Some of their donations went to the local school systems as well as EIU and U of I. Unfortunately all good things come to an end. My father and his partners sold their equity in the company to Dr. Aldo Ruffolo (I have a separate review on him). Dr. Ruffolo tried to start a side venture of Cosmetic Vein Clinics and failed to maintain contracts with the hospitals for Lakeland Radiologist. To make matters worse Dr. Ruffolo declared bankruptcy, for his failed side venture, causing all the companies he owned to go under including Lakeland Radiologist.

At first when you leave , you pay the bill and then randomly, you'll get a debt collectors letter stating you owe them money and late fees. They never called or sent a letter stating we owe a bill. Wouldn't waive late fees either when I called to try and just pay them instead of debt collector. They sucks and don't know what they are talking about. Not trustworthy

Dr. Oh is refusing to prescribe pain meds once tooth was pulled and then again a week later when she went back in and was told she has dry socket! WTF is his problem! How hard is it to do your job. You have a patient in pain and all you can say is "I'm not comfortable prescribing meds." Do your job or find a different profession!
