They fixed that promptly, and then returned to fix a wiring issue that was accidentally broken during the first fix. They couldn't have been nicer or more professional either time. We have counted on them many times over the years. Sometimes, it is for an appliance repair. We have had them do furnace and air conditioning repairs. I am thankful I can depend on such a conscientious business with such great professionals as these people when our old house has an issue! Five star service every time!

We ordered flowers for delivery from here for a gift! The website ordering process was simple and…read morewe were able to write a "custom card"note in the box as well as special instructions. They have so many beautiful flowers to choose from on their site so it was hard to choose one arrangement. We ordered a large pink hydrangea arrangement. We chose a specific delivery date so it could get to the birthday girl on her actual birthday. Unfortunately, we found out the flowers were delivered on the wrong day without a card and none of the flowers were bloomed :( This upset me because the arrangement and shipping fees were about $80. I 100% understand certain flower shortages right now but would have just appreciated the heads up! We didn't have a strong preference on the type of flower, we just wanted something bright and beautifully bloomed to give. Long story short, the representative I talked to (not the owner, I forgot her name) made it right! She was kind and wanted to do what she could. I asked if they could please send something small and bloomed to the birthday girl on her actual birthday with a proper card and they did! The second small arrangement was absolutely gorgeous with a pretty bow. Such great customer service and I recommend them if you're looking to send flowers in this area.

He came into the visit with knowledge of what her past record was all about. My daughter and I had a horrible experience at Illinois Express Eyecare in Mattoon, IL. just a few days before this appointment. So we were a little weary going to another place, but to our surprise it was a great experience. Like I said earlier, very professional. We felt comfortable and know that things will be ok because he made sure everything was taken care of. Dr. Goldstein made a follow up appointment and is now sending my daughter to ophthalmologist for more care, unlike what happened at Illinois Express Eyecare. At that place they made the lenses there and handed my daughter the glasses that weren't made right, and expected my daughter to where them! Without checking them! The lense' maker hit wrong numbers, but why didn't the office manager have a rule to check the lenses before giving to a child?! A child isn't going to know what's going on, even though she said immediately, "I can't see!" when they handed it to her. We went 5 days trying back and forth to get it straighten out, but finally asked for refund and they only refunded the glasses not the exam, which the prescription turned out wrong too.

I need to be dilated. Even the second time I went back but optometrist said I didn't need to be dilated. But these glasses still don't work well I know the prescription is absolutely off even though it was done a second time. Maybe because I have Medicaid they don't or I had Medicaid they don't feel like I am important. But the product was paid for and I should get one that properly works. Now I have had several medical issues including a back surgery. So I was not able to go back in a timely manner and as I'm getting better I'm realizing the glasses are even worse than I thought as I'm able to fill out paperwork. I have tried explaining this to their receptionist and I have been told twice they would talk to their office manager or somebody else and call me back I've never received a call back. So now I'm finally leaving my review and I will just forget about going back to them and looking forward to finding a better optometrist in the Charleston and Mattoon area!
