The pharmacy itself is excellent. The staff has always been helpful, knowledgeable, accurate, and fast. They have nationwide database. A prescription written for a store in Arlington, TX can be filled in Carmel, IN. My only complaint is that prescription prices were about three times higher than my usual pharmacy. The retail side, however...has been a completely different experience. On three separate visits to pick up prescriptions, every retail item I selected rang up at a price that was 50% to 100% higher than the price displayed on the shelf. Each time, I questioned the price. An employee checked the shelf tags and told the cashier that the higher prices were correct. Despite the growing line behind me, I went back to the aisles, took photos of the posted prices, and brought them to the register. Once I showed the photos, the cashier honored the advertised prices. After this happened on three different visits, it's hard to believe these are isolated mistakes. It gives the impression that Walgreens is relying on customers not noticing or not challenging incorrect prices. The pharmacy staff deserves praise, but the pricing practices on the retail side have made me lose confidence in shopping there. read more

We were traveling from out of town and a family member had medical issues. When the pharmacist ran my insurance card, the purchase was denied. He provided a discount card which took $250 off the cost. When they didn't actually have the meds needed in stock, he transferred my script to another Walgreens and made sure we got the discounted price. Another staff member asked if we needed assistance finding things. I just found the staff to be extremely helpful and pleasant!! read more

This store itself is very clean and has very nice employees....BUT, the pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I've used. they never have my rx ready when they are supposed to be ready. There has not been one time that I've gone to pick up a refill that I've not had to wait 30 min to an hour, when I've called in the refill 1-2 days earlier! They always say that "they are running behind." read more

This is the cleanest non-cluttered Walgreens I think I have ever been in. Aisles were neat and well stocked. I saw at least 5 employees counting the two in the pharmacy. Store outside was trash free and bushes cut back. All locations need this amount of care. Pharmacy employee was friendly and rang up our health items with our pharmacy items. read more

This pharmacy has gone way downhill in terms of their filling speed, drug availability, and most recently, their treatment of customers. I just returned to the store for the second day in a row after my medication was not available yesterday. When I returned today. I waited almost 15 minutes before I got help. The tech who checked me out has worked there for a long time, and is always nice, but both women I spoke to, the pharmacist and the store manager, were rude and disrespectful to me. If you have choices, like I do and will be exercising in the future, do not choose this location. read more

Worst new Pharmacist ever!!! Not sure if Bill is gone for good or what... but the new lady and some techs are doing a horrible job. She has cancelled... yes "accidentally" cancel at least 4 refills and then tells me I have to call my doctor for new prescriptions?! What? How are you that bad at your job? Then I call to get a refill and she says she doesn't see it.. sorry. I said I have the number in front of me. No. Need new prescription. I called another Walgreens and a tech said she could absolutely see that I have a refill and called the pharmacist. She will ruin this Walgreens! I'm will be transferring asap! read more

This Walgreen is my go-to place when I need to get one or two things quickly. I've been coming to this establishment for years now. I like with their service, respectful and quick most of the time. There were very few occasions I was a bit unhappy because one of the staffs, but all and all this place is one of my favorites. Keep up the good job, guys! read more

This pharmacy is the worst I have ever seen. If I could give them less then 1 star I would. They are constantly out of meds, lie, and over charge. they have no real concern for the customer , will hang up on you, one system or another is down al the time. They also clearly do not read directions as Ive been given the wrong meds, the wrong amount and don't run half the stuff through insurance. One can never ever just drop off or pick up a prescription/refill, there is always some new problem. Run don't walk away from this pharmacy, they need to be shut down read more

Your neighborhood drug store should be helpful not sarcastic and cynical... When checking out a guest I deem the following to be the bare minimum in customer service: Eye contact, greeting, proceed with ring out, process payment, offer of additional services, "thank you hope to see you again." Instead we had to ask for a bag to put a handful of things in that we couldn't have possibly even juggled out the door to get to the car. When we requested a bag we got an eye roll. Then the bag was place on the counter and we bagged our self. Sadly, this isn't a one time experience nor is it a one employee thing. It makes me sad that a walgreens I held in high regard only a few years ago has let the great customer service they once had slide to the abysmal worse than mediocre. Typically very quick in and out. Checkout line never more than two deep. Apple Pay works great here. I use Aetna and they take my insurance. Drive through is quick. Decent sales, no three mile long receipt. Really not sure how they can improve. Only one other review on this location, and by someone from Minnesota, so I would advise disregarding. I live within walking distance of this location and go there three-four times a quarter. read more

I came in to buy wine for myself and baby wipes for my friend (who was in the car with her kid) and I have never been so disrespected at an establishment. Not only did I provide my ID but when prompted by a very rude, elderly cashier that had a name tag that distinguished her as only being there for this current year, I also had to run out into the parking lot to get the ID of the mother I was buying baby wipes for to allow me to buy the items I came in for. The cashier didn't think my ID or her's were sufficient and looked at my ID repeatedly so I asked if she needed a secondary ID and gave her my credit card with my name on it too but she had an attitude the whole time so when I gave her my twenty I asked if she needed to check if that was real too and then she proceeded to tell me she didn't have to service me. My friend had to come in herself and had to be blunt with them to get our things I left at the counter and they told her "she didn't look like her picture so we needed you to come in." Just because I'm young, my ID must be fake even though it scanned and I was willing to leave my items and cash at the counter while I got my friend's ID? This was above and beyond disrespectful and I will not be returning to any Walgreens establishment in the future. I could understand checking my ID and wanting my friend's in the parking lot but further than that, this lady needs to be removed from the establishment. read more
