It's like an itsy bitsy Ulta/Sephora store in here. They carry cosmetics like Paula Dorf, Cargo, Lola, and Vincent Longo to name a few. Beauty 360 also offers events where make up artists from their various cosmetic lines make an appearance. I've been to this location a few times but today was the first time I actually went in there looking for something specific. Customer service at this location is always first class, it's hard to believe you're in a drug store. I was shocked to learn that they also do facials here! So I might actually give it a try so I can see the shock factor in peoples faces when I tell them I got it done at a CVS store. They also keep a clientele file of your make up purchases which come in handy case the particular sales person that usually helps you out isn't there or if you just can't remember the color lipstick you bought there the last time. The best part is that you can use your CVS bucks here and if your spending accumulates $250 for Beauty 360 purchases it will earn you a free facial. I booked a new patient appointment on January 7 and received multiple confirmations, including a text reminder on January 15 and a confirmed appointment visible in the patient portal for Friday, January 23 at 3:30 PM. I recently had to relocate and specifically drove back for this appointment. When I arrived, the office was closed. I called the number provided and was routed to another location, where I was repeatedly told that no appointment existed and that I had never been scheduled. Only after I told them I had a screenshot of the confirmation text and asked where to email it did the tone change. Once they saw the screenshot, I was told there was "a glitch in the system" and that the issue would be escalated to a regional director and someone who manages the online scheduling platform. As of now, I am still waiting to hear back from anyone. What's most concerning is that without that text message, I would have been completely dismissed and told the appointment never existed -- even though it clearly did. The system allowed an appointment to be booked, confirmed, displayed in the portal, and then vanish with no notice. This wasn't a minor inconvenience. I rearranged my schedule and drove a significant distance for this visit. For a medical organization of this size, this level of breakdown in scheduling and communication is unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone booking here to save screenshots of all confirmations, because without proof, it appears your appointment may simply disappear.
