I booked a new patient appointment on January 7 and received multiple confirmations, including a text reminder on January 15 and a confirmed appointment visible in the patient portal for Friday, January 23 at 3:30 PM. I recently had to relocate and specifically drove back for this appointment. When I arrived, the office was closed. I called the number provided and was routed to another location, where I was repeatedly told that no appointment existed and that I had never been scheduled. Only after I told them I had a screenshot of the confirmation text and asked where to email it did the tone change. Once they saw the screenshot, I was told there was "a glitch in the system" and that the issue would be escalated to a regional director and someone who manages the online scheduling platform. As of now, I am still waiting to hear back from anyone. What's most concerning is that without that text message, I would have been completely dismissed and told the appointment never existed -- even though it clearly did. The system allowed an appointment to be booked, confirmed, displayed in the portal, and then vanish with no notice. This wasn't a minor inconvenience. I rearranged my schedule and drove a significant distance for this visit. For a medical organization of this size, this level of breakdown in scheduling and communication is unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone booking here to save screenshots of all confirmations, because without proof, it appears your appointment may simply disappear.

It had been a while and I didn't have a dentist because I had recently ( at the time) moved here. The staff was great, made me feel welcome and Dr. Catron cleaned my teeth while chit chatting and never once made me feel bad or uncomfortable. In fact he complimented my teeth and overall it was a great experience. Once I finally got dental insurance, I decided to come back a few years later-since I had already been here. The hygienist, made me feel absolutely awful. She was friendly at first, but while cleaning my teeth, she seemed very uncomfortable and nervous. She used the word Tenacious about 4 times. I hadn't had a cleaning in a few years and I get that, but Dr. Catron never made me feel like this. I wish I could remember her name, but I hope she remembers the word Tenacious if she ever reads this. A different dentist popped in, took a look cause she was obviously nervous or overwhelmed, and he was almost so non chalant that it turned into such a strange experience. I got outta there with no cavities and heavily considering a deep cleaning but certainly won't be getting it there. I felt so bad after I left, I was super bummed the rest of the day and was shocked at the day vs night two experiences. Took me a few months to write this review, but I want them to know that it takes a lot for me to write a negative review and a thought out review like this but it was totally uncalled for the way she treated me. I'm a very kind person, and it's not ok for a so called professional to make me feel like that.
