Bad first... My husband dropped off a prescription for our dog. They said it would be ready for pickup by the time I drove past on my way home from work THREE HOURS later. When I stopped there, they said it "wasn't quite ready yet". We came the next day to pick it up. Truly all they had to do is put the sticker on a box!!! Crazy stupid!! The good... the girl working the pickup window when picked up on Saturday morning saw it was for our dog and went and found a discount she could apply so it wasn't as expensive. So nice of her!!! Walgreens had gotten ridiculous. May be time to find a different pharmacy. read more

What a joke. 3 hours to not have a scrip ready when I am shown the container in the pharmacy assistants hand. And assured it would be ready 6pm. " Not quite ready." Wow! Walgreens has gone down hill, maybe it's too big of a corporation. Management trickles down from the top. Cistern's service "2". read more

Never using Walgreens for prescriptions ever again such a hassle for literally no reason. Doctors prescribed me medication, Walgreens filled the prescription then put it back, and won't fill it without me listing off the 6 medications so now I have to call and wait on the phone for an hour with multiple doctors and also have to wait for them to fill after driving 30 mins to get here. After listing them off they still didn't fill all the medication, I got some rainbow haired lady With drawn on eyebrows telling me my doctor is wrong. read more

Walgreens in Brooksville, FL has the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, with a friendly, helpful and efficient staff!! The manager, Dave, goes the extra mile and the pharmacy staff is great, too! I will never shop elsewhere again. I get MUCH better deals here than Walmart or Dollar General!! read more

Clerk at drive up window makes fun of patients! Pharmacy clients beware. I went for a CoVid test and the girl in the drive up window didn't realize she left the speaker microphone on and I overheard her and another clerk mocking me and laughing because I had erroneously sat in the wrong lane for 35 minutes - I was outraged. She mimicked me asking (to clarify which lane was open) if She was certain that I was in the wrong lane. I will he speaking to the Manager tomorrow but I'm pretty sure that telling tue other clerk that I was getting a CoVid test may be a HIPAA violation and even if it is not, her mocking and comments were just how ghoul unprofessional and rude. Read my reviews. Almost 100% positive. I am not a complainer. But tomorrow, I am definitely going to complain. read more

Probably the worst pharmacy I have ever been too. In the 3 years I've been using them they have yet to once have the seizure meds for my dog ready on time. They will notify me it's ready for pickup, then when I arrive tell me it's not ready and to come back. And when I come back in the allotted time they tell me it's usually still "not ready for pickup". It normally turns into a multi day fiasco to get a bottle of pills once a month. The pharmacy staff from top to bottom is unprofessional, incompetent, and unreliable. read more

Since 2/2/2021. This pharmacy has poor service. They have cost me over $175. in medication costs because they wouldn't get a NI code. They have filled 2 different medications 1,2 day's after due date. This company continues to lie & cheat customers. Walgreen company & employee's are liars & thieve's. Count your medication & don't believe the liars. This company is making my physical condition worse. Law suit. FYI read more

Jill the pharmacist is SUPERB and just a doll! :) My wife and I came in today, and she was SO helpful and kind with our prescription that was on hold. She even called me on the intercom, so I did not have to wait longer than necessary in the store! In these difficult times, when going out is a bit scary, it is refreshing that people like Jill ACTUALLY CARE and try to help others with important things like getting medication. THANK YOU JILL THE PHARMACIST! :) read more

Excellent pharmacy staff! Fast and friendly drive thru! I didn't buy anything from the store itself but everything was clean and staff seemed friendly. Parking lot was a bit hard to get into. read more

If it were possible to give negative stars, they'd get -10. Before I smartened up and transferred my prescriptions elsewhere, I had 9 prescriptions filled or refilled here over a period of less than 6 months. NOT ONE WAS CORRECT! They weren't ready when promised, they needed the doctor's authorization, they never received the doctor's prescription (I was sitting next to the doctor when he called it in and verified that he was talking to the correct store), one was lost and nobody could find it, and one was even the correct medication but the wrong strength. Today's screw up was best so far. One prescription hadn't been transferred with the others because stopped taking it before all the others were transferred. The prescription is less than a year old and it still had refills available and it's the holidays tough to get an appointment. So I ordered the refill. First the pharmacy staff tells me my insurance information is invalid, so I had my insurance company call them. Everything is supposed to be all set until I get there when my insurance is suddenly no good again. The pharmacy tech tells me that another insurance company and she and the pharmacist both tried convince me to let the other insurance company pay for the prescription. Trouble is, I don't have and never have had coverage with that company. Isn't that insurance fraud? read more

Don't get prescriptions refilled here. They fax request to doctor, my doctors only accept telephone requests. When I call doctor he calls it in and they keep claiming they didn't get it. They called me once to ask how I liked their service and when I gave them a low rating they had the gall to say I couldn't complete the survey because they couldn't understand the number they told me to type. I expect better. read more
