    Terrible customer service via phone call, sounded like a young lady and had me on hold for 20 minutes. She first answered then placed me on hold immediately, then ask me the typical questions, I asked why they always ask that, she then said just to verify with an attitude, then said "you know what, let me just transfer you to the pharmacist. Then was place on hold for 15 minutes, she would pick up then immediately place on hold again as to reset the cycle of the silent light before it starts ringing. We as customers and patients depend on our medication in our daily lives. I will be switching Pharmacies after this prescription is filled as this behaviour is unacceptable.

    I came into this store 3 TIMES IN A ROW THIS MORNING & ALL 3 ORDERS WERE WRONG ! I specified exactly what I wanted changed & the cashier said some remarks making fun of me & proceeded to keep messing up on the orders

    Great location, nice staff with excellent selections. Only drawback is they don't price match their website. There was an item in store that was priced significantly higher and I asked if they would honor the online price for which I was told no. Disappointing but I will still definitely return.

    The signage they had placed on thr product, sure as hell ain't my fault it's not suppose to be there

    Needed a midday snack, so I went next door to Walgreens to grab some cookies. I got Oreos, Lorna Doone & Wafers, as you can see the label says 3/$5. When I get to the register, the wafers don't ring up the sale price. Manager Jolly is called to the front. She proceeds to tell me the sale is for Nabisco obviously, and these are Keebler. Ma'am I know the difference however your store tag is placed in front of these right in front of the counter so it is not my fault and you should honor what the tag says. She continues to attempt to explain what I should have done by getting three of the same brand instead of stating as a Manager it was their mistake they apologize and will honor the tag and even say thank you for bringing it to their attention. But it took like 5 unnecessary minutes for her to correct the transaction so I could pay and leave. Damn I wish a CVS had been across the street bc I would have gotten my stuff there. I so didn't appreciate the back and forth that Jolly, shift, or store manager, whatever her title is had with me bc this could have been resolved much faster. I didn't want to get loud, but I be damn if you gonna try to educate me on the difference between Keebler and Nabisco, like two brands can't be combined on a sale. GTFOH she needs to do some retraining when correcting customer issues.

    Does not honor coupon pricing of GoodRX. In other words, a scam to get you into their pharmacy. Thieves is another word for it.

You would think a pharmacy, that sells tons of different humidifiers, would have distilled water. That's what you're supposed to use the machines so it doesn't grow bacteria. Nope, couldn't even find a space on the shelf for it to be sold. During the pandemic I had gone to three or four different pharmacies because I couldn't get any distilled water. For various shipping, people out, not being able to restock, etc. reasons. It is a disgrace that pharmacies which sell products that require distilled water could not supply people with CPAP, and other required medical equipment, with distilled water. So, I decided to write a little quick disappointment review of the store in general. When I went in, there was only one person at the front, two people at the pharmacy, and I didn't see anybody in the store. The store was trashed, it looks like there was a Super Bowlparty held in there. Ive never seen it this bad before, literal trash on the floor as well as product on the floor and half empty bins that were left out from restocking that had to be navigated around. I'm not saying it was dirty though, it seemed reasonably clean for a public store. They also no longer have push carts, instead they have little cheap plastic baskets. You have to pull along behind you like a kids toy. For someone with arthritis who has a hard time carrying things in their hand, so has to have some sort of basket it's very awkward. Not only do you have to bend over to put things into the basket, but you can only carry a couple of things at a time. So if I'd have picked up 2 gallons of water, I would not have been able to get anything else, much less picking up the water from the basket and scanning it, and either carrying it in my arthritic hands out of the store or bending over and putting it back in the basket to carry it out of the store and picking it up again to put it into the car. My insurance wants me to use CVS, I'm assuming for bulkpricing reasons, but from now on I'll only be picking up prescriptions at the drive-through. Any other purchases I'll have to make at Walgreens or the grocery store. The store employees, and pharmacists, have always been polite. Not sure what's going on, maybe there were people out sick today with bird flu or something so if you were half people have to do more jobs. But since it's a self check out and somebody has to watch the front that one employee I saw in the store couldn't possibly have gone around and clean things up or put things on the shelves. I hope they get this resolved because this is a convenient store to my job and I would like to be able to visit it again.
