Holy cow has this place become absurd. I attempted to buy an item from a display that was ten feet from the register. The cashier told me I couldn't buy it because it's not in his system. While this is absurd, the issue is that he could not have been more condescending. It wasn't just attitude, it was a deliberate attempt to humiliate and apparently for his amusement. Not a chance my elderly parents will step foot in that store again. Poor service is one thing but having employees who enjoy being terrible to customers off the chain. Shame on you read more

Had Surgery and Dr called in pain meds. Did not have ready said they would be shortly. Waited and called next day. Said they never started it and should be today. Not a reliable place as been in pain for over 24 hours. Will no longer go to Walgreens North 7 highway. read more

My PCP and my Pain Management doctors have prescribed several drugs for me to the Walgreens at 7 Hwy at Duncan Road in Blue Springs, Missouri. One of the drugs is an Opioid from the Pain Management doctor. He IS aware of the medications my PCP has prescribed for me, a muscle relaxer and Alprazolam. The Pharmacist (who does not have an MD behind his name) has taken it upon himself to deny filling my pain medication. I AM DISABLED AND NEED THESE MEDICATIONS TO FUNCTION! This Pharacist has "Fired" me from Walgreens. This is the main pharmacy my Insurance company has as primary for the best price under my policy. Now I have to go to another pharmacy, which is secondary under my Insurance. Now I have to pay larger co-pays for my medication. Do not use Walgreens Pharmacy as the Pharacist Thinks he has more knowledge than both of my doctors. read more

This place has idiots for pharmacy techs. Was on hold for 10 minutes & then get the dial tone. Tried again & after talking to another tech. She was dumber than the 1st. Another 8 minutes wasted. read more

The pharmacy is literal hell. I hate coming here. Visit before last I was outside ringing the bell for service for half an hour. Couldn't get out of the car as I had a VERY sick baby in the back. Finally got a rude employee to help after calling and asking for a manager if anyone was working the pharmacy. This was around 7PM. Tonight we went inside and after having gotten text alerts that my rx was ready yesterday, now it's now? And my insurance won't pay? But now it is! And it's been a 25 min wait for it to be filled.. again. I hate this place. Taking my prescriptions to Genoa from now on. read more

This pharmacy need staff. They are operating with little or no help and the Technicians turn over their fast. The Pharmacist is great. He is desperate for help to serve us. SERIOUSLY: Walgreens corporate pay your people their worth and stop the madness where the customers suffer from the lack of help, and over working the staff that stay and support their customers during these dire times. read more

Unbelievably slow, messaging system doesn't work right. CVS Is so much better. Their window people aren't very friendly on top of the inefficiency. read more

I was on hold for over 45 min to ask a simple question about a prescription that I was incorrectly charged for. I find it unfortunate this is how business is ran especially bc other options are limited. read more

I like Walgreen's in general, as they are consistent in the products they offer and they have some good prices. This Walgreens is always clean with a friendly staff. The pharmacy can get extremely busy, and the drive through can be slow. This isn't the store's fault; it is usually due to some sort of insurance issue with customers or seasonal sicknesses that flood the system. Overall, I like Walgreens for my prescription services and for retail purchases. read more

I just wanted to applaud a couple of the workers there who were nothing but professional towards a customer who was attempting to bully her way into a discount. She clearly did not read the fine print or call to clarify a coupon when placing an online order for photos and insisted on the cashier honoring the discount anyway. He calmly told her the store policy and that they were unable to honor it. She then asked to see a manager and a guy came over and before the cashier could explain the situation she was already talking over him trying to manipulate the situation in her favor. The manager overrided the original price and gave her a discount and explained what she needed to do next time in order to redeem the coupon. Both workers were extremely professional and generous considering her poor attitude even after she got the discount. I cannot believe how mean spirited people get over a couple of dollars! read more

When David and Josh are there things run great. There are two women there who are hideous. A pharmacist, the other a tech. The tech yelled where anyone standing around could hear everything personal questions that were none of her business. Definitely violating HIPA regs. I love it if those two aren't there. Enough to make you go somewhere else. Allie read more

This pharmacy is awful, they do not care about their customers and the staff is rude, they do not communicate and do not care about a customers health status, they are focused on big pharma and that is all they care about. I took a prescription there on a Friday and it had to be ordered they told me it would be there Tuesday, Tuesday I called it wasn't available, Wednesday I called it wasn't available, they told me it would be ready on Thursday, Thursday I called and they said they were working on it and it would be ready Friday, Friday I went to the pharmacy and they said they did not have the drug in stock and it had to be ordered. Incompetent. They were rude about their mistake and did NOTHING to attempt to solve the problem. They do not care about their customers. I encourage you to go somewhere else. read more

HORRIBLE service here at the pharmacy. After multiple times with screwed up prescriptions, unbelievable wait times and rude service I tried Hyvee pharmacy.... Breath of fresh air in comparison but this Walgreens sets the bar pretty low. read more

This has been a catstrophic 7 months with Wallgreens.I have been a customer of Walgreens for about 15 years until wew moved to Blue Springs, Mo. This pharmacy continued to mess up my prescriptions sending open prescriptions meaning, I was not taking them to the doctor, who in return wrote a script for a prescription with 3 a day nerve pills instead of 9 a day meaning I would run out early which I did. They never corrected it. On the bottle it says DO NOT STOP TAKING THESE! If you stop do it gradually. These were nerve pills and muscle relaxers. I had an airplane accident with bulging discs pushing on my nerves, whip lash, cracked ribs. This cycle continued leaving me for up to 10 days without my nerve pills, or muscle relaxers causing me to be in agony and crying back and forth between Dr. and pharmacy. In a print out I asked for, they did not even list the medicine I was currently taking because they said it was closed. The pharmacist said we are not responsible, you should not have asked for a refill and that I was the problem. Then they closed all of my prescriptions! I am going to HYVEE read more

In the amount of time I've waited in this pharmacy line I've spent fifteen minutes not budging in line, and then an additional fifteen minutes signing up for yelp to write this review. Every time my husband or I are unfortunate enough to pick up prescriptions from this location we waste at least 20 minutes waiting in an unmoving line. It's not uncommon to see one or two cars back out of line during my wait. It's unacceptable. It'd be faster to drive across town to refill prescriptions than wait at this location. We are done. read more
