They never have enough staff for the pharmacy in the evening. Does anyone have a better recommendation for where to go??

Every time I go to this pharmacy it takes FOREVER to get checked out! Even when only one person ahead who doesn't have their insurance shit together and the cashier makes all of us wait through two phone calls.... Search for coupons On & on & on. Also called in my prescription and after 4 days of waiting for their promised call I call again before they finally filled it. HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!!! Am going to change to CVS. read more

I've never gone to this Walgreens Pharmacy and had a seamless transaction. It takes 2-3 phone calls to get them to actually fill your script they will say they don't have it or never received it and the different techs stories never align. (If you don't have it, maybe let the customer know?) it's always a hassle to work with them. Have often been told to get over the counter meds instead of the techs filling behind the counter. Well I have a 1yr old, so there is a reason the doctor is sending a special prescription for the techs to fill. it's evident most do not care about you as a customer/patient. I've been having issues with this location and the other Walgreens on Garth since i moved here a year and a half ago. I'm so done. And I'm writing this same review for the other location. Walgreens Pharmacy has continuously gone down hill as the years have gone on. I've been a customer for a long time but I'm fed up. Hopefully CVS has techs who care. read more

Don't use this pharmacy, it's the worst I've ever seen. You go to your doctor, they diagnose you, they prescribe you something, then these people who know nothing about your medical history or condition try to play God and not fill the prescriptions when they're supposed to. No matter what your doctor says these people will not fill it and leave you without your meds when your supposed to be taking them. It's insane. It's a fight every time you need a prescription, they constantly lie, they're rude, I'm amazed it's still open. read more

Extremely long wait at pharmacy appears to be very un organized pharmacist fails to help his techs when the lines get long and backed up

avoid this pharmacy if at all possible they have huge lines and only one person at the counter. confronted a manager about this issue when there were 13 people suffering in line and that manager clearly conveyed to me she did not care. also all of the staff are arrogant condescending and very rude. read more

The last two times I have order pictures from Walgreens on Garth Road they messed up my orders! Cut the heads off! What's the point of me checking my pictures before I check out if your shitty at your job! read more

I understand businesses are under distress due to the Coronavirus and all but please don't take it out on your customers. I pickup my prescription meds from your driv thru and after placing my car in parked for a moment or waiting on a response from the pharmacy tech. I eventually pushed the button for assistance; no formal greeting just a response "I'll be with you in a moment and click". I swear if this pharmacy wasn't right by my house and I wouldn't have to second guess if another pharmacy might have my prescription or not. I would definitely seek elsewhere. But hey don't test me because I have been known to drive several miles out for good customer service!! This customer service definitely needs improvement not just for today but on most day's. Worst Walgreen drive through I ever seen. Waiting more than 30min to pick up a prescription. Then they told me you don't have prescription even though I received a txt msg from Walgreens saying I have a refill .Need to hire more people . Stay away. read more

The Pharmacy is very ruled I've been filling my meds there for several years and still they JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER . One time a stranger called me and asked for my wife and said they was sorry to bother her but they had her prescription and was willing to meet her to return it to her Thanks to that stranger, But I wish people would just do there job and help the customer with a smile.... read more

This is the worst pharmacy - if I could give it 0 or negative stars I would. They are extremely slow to fill prescriptions and when operating the drive-thru. During my last experience with them, they sent my prescription to a different Walgreens without telling me, then proceeded to tell me my prescription was ready at the wrong location. I only used them before because they were 24/7, but now they're only open till 11pm. read more

I bought a blood sugar meter and strips last night. I paid cash. This morning I came to return them unopened and was told I can't have my money back and have to take it on a W card. I can't buy groceries with a W card. I refused the W card and was told I have to see a manager who won't be here until tomorrow. This. Isn't. Over. read more

We had to leave a star to leave a review, otherwise I wouldn't have given it one. The pharmacy hours have changed and they open at 7. I got here right at 7 and it wasn't open. 7:10 I ask a manager about it and she said she wasn't sure, but thought they were running late. 7:35 rolls around and they finally open up. I need to drop off a pain medication script for my husband and they tell me it will be a HOUR wait. I've already waited 35 minutes for y'all to be here on time and now I have to wait another hour?! Makes no sense. I'm stuck here because no one else is open right now and my husband is miserable at home. I'll never be back here. This is ridiculous. Do better Walgreens. read more

I try to avoid this location at all costs. The location that I usually go to is great, however, they are not available for photo orders. Three times I've been to this Walgreens for a photo order only to be told ya not ready after receiving an email that my order is ready. I have been standing here 25 minutes as I type this waiting on them to "fix the machine." read more

If I could give a zero for how Jennifer the manager just treated us, I would. We waited at least 5 minutes after the checker called for her to clear his register. When she finally came to the front of the store, she went to the photo shop instead of to the front register. At this point the checker had called for her twice. My husband decided he would go get her to come to the front, when he walked over to her she gave him a go to hell look. Really Jennifer? Do you not understand there is a CVS across the street? Guess what? We left our merchandise on the counter and drove across the street to CVS. Walgreens if this is a good as you have you're gonna be in trouble soon! read more

Had the worse service ever! I dropped off a prescription last night! Received a text saying it was ready this morning get there only to be told it wasn't! They said give them 10 mins which turned into an hour and 40 mins!!!! The technician was rude and wouldn't return my prescription upon request!! Totally unprofessional!! read more

This place has HORRIBLE customer service, I am the only car at the outside window. I set there over 15 min just for them to see what i needed. The only reason i go there is its the only 24 hr pharmacy. Choose another Walgreens if you can read more

Don't drop off a prescription with intent on having it filled even after the pharmacy tells you they have it in stock and it'll be ready in under 30 minutes. Being that other pharmacies in the area were also open at the time of dropping it off and closed when I went to pick it up. Worst service in the pharmacy I have ever had. Really. Over a two hour wait. No real help. And help there acts like they have no clue what they are even doing. I normally don't complain and hate to see anyone lose there job but all of them need to be fired Management down. They really had no clue. For someone to wait two hours or more after having surgery for pain meds is unacceptable. I was livid with the wait. I made a mistake even going to Walgreens. WORST PHARMACY EVER!!! Prescriptions are never ready when they say they are. They don't answer the phone so you can speak to a person in the building; instead they send you to a "technician" off site!!! When the off site technician transfers you to someone on site, you are on hold forever and then you get disconnected before someone answers. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! The Pharmacy is a joke. They had just finished a remodeling job and one would thought it would be able to process individuals faster. It didn't. One would thought it would be more streamline and see the techs. It wasn't. One would thought they would have a larger space to keep a larger stock. They don't. In fact it was worse. Every time that I had come in after calling for a script refill (and later getting a phone call that my script is ready for pickup) or using the Walgreen app to refill (thinking, but I should have known better, that this is a better alternative) and confirming it that it will be filled and ready for pickup on the following day, I would get to the place to pick up the item, wait in line for over 40 minutes (getting to know my neighbors really well by the way), and then to be told "Sorry, but it is not ready for the truck will not be here till Thursday." My reply, "Wait a minute, I pushed it in on Saturday and it is now Tuesday. You are telling me that you only get the items on a Thursday? And why do I frequently get phone calls that the script is ready? Why when I refilled it through the App it was confirmed it will be ready on Monday morning?" They just give me a blank stare with a grin and then chirped cheerfully, "Sorry, but there is nothing I can do. Be Well" Really? About 6 months ago, when I placed a script they would look at a sister location and try to get the script that way or tell me up front they are unable to fill it till a time day so that if need be I can find another pharmacist to fill the prescription. The script was a tropical vitamin foam for my psoriasis to help with keeping my outbreak to minimum and to assist in my therapy getting UV treatments. Without it, it made my therapy harder for it will need a higher dosage and more frequently meaning more money spent in the long run for the treatment. I think they do not understand what regiment means because I will always need this and I need to replace it around every 3 months. This has been happening more frequently and I am seeing happening to others as well - easy to observe since I have over 40 minutes to kill waiting behind others who are trying to get their script filled. I had told my doctor, and she shake her head and stated that they are becoming a problem for they are calling wanting to know why are they needing the med and is it really viable? I started thinking, "Wow, they are acting like they know better then the prescribing physicians who had to go through medical school (4 years BS, 4 years PhD, and around 8 years resident in the field they are concentrating on) and have a better background as to what the chemicals do to the body." In the short run, do not use the pharmacy if you mind long lines, frequent stops to check on the update if they have the med in stock and are then doing impulse buys, and a condition that does not need an immediate soothing. read more
