This is my regular pharmacy has been for years and it's been years of ups and downs for sure here Lol...it can get real slow like real slow especially in the drive thru but i'm probably the most patient person i know i mean i have an autistic son that requires the patience of an angel hahaha...I broke my shoulder on Saturday night and i had a prescription for some pain meds and the Dr didn't have the paper script according to the new law he had the original ones so it was really like playing roulette weather or not i'd get my pills i was in severe pain as u can imagine...but they said no problem and had them ready quickly. Most of the staff are super nice to me I've only had a few issues here also if you need a generic their generic companies they use are the best. I've gotten generics from other pharmacies and i swear they were junk so i only trust Walgreens on that for sure. read more

Employees seem being forced to help customers, as if they hated their jobs. They walk past you so fast as if trying to run away from you. Managers take forever to come out to complete an issue with the transactions. read more

I would not recommend this Walgreens for anything. All of the employees are not helpful at all. I called this Walgreens to ask for them to hold an item for me and once I walk into the store and to ask for my item they told me that they sold them item that I was asking about knowing I was on my way to go pick it up. I called the pharmacy staff one day to ask a question that I needed for my insurance. A few minutes later, I realized that I needed the information again as the form I typed it on refreshed and deleted all my info. I called back and the same pharmacy technician answered. I apologized for making her repeat herself and she informed me that I "needed to write it down this time because she didn't have time to keep having to repeat herself." When I tried to explain my issue, she just talked over me. I was very hurt and am now very thankful that I choose to get my prescriptions through rite aid. read more

Unless you enjoy waiting almost an hour in line after you receive a text that your prescription is ready and then you get to the counter and they can't find it and tell you it'll be another 5 minutes (Ha!) then avoid this place. This has been my pharmacy for 20 years. It took me 20 years to learn my lesson. It never takes less than 30 minutes to pick a prescription that's already ready! read more

Their pharmacy department is the best ever. They always contact my insurance and work out the details to ensure everything is ready in a timely fashion. They are knowledgable, friendly, fast and efficient. My son has health issues and the staff know us by name and help ensure his meds are ready. Thank you!!! read more

Bad customer service, I ordered some pictures online (which limit to 5 orders per account)upon arrival they told me they would only honor 5 x household, even though my family members were there to pick up their orders(apparently their excuse was that they had several orders to fulfill from other customers) they tried to make up their own rules saying that's the store limit, if so, why wouldn't they put a warning as im checking out to choose another store ?? Oh and there is NO store sign stating that they have a limit on the promotion or the amount of purchases!!! After speaking to manager she agrees to fulfill my husband's orders as his order is under a different phone number n email, she said she would honor the 5 orders x account as long as they arent under my email or phone number ,she asked hubby to go back in 20min to pick up his order. 10min later I get a call their machine is stuck to go back in 1hr, (I don't mind). We go back n we get his order no fuss. we gi home,my daughters placed their own orders with their phone number n their email accounts, I go to pick up my daughters orders and the dude there at the photo shop gives me my oldest daughter's order but not my youngest, (each have their own phone number and account)he goes off saying that he had fulfilled my husband's order last night and we aren't getting anymore cause is 1 order x household, I remind him what the manager had told me the day before n he refused, another manager comes in, the clerck was upset n rude n i said "fine", I didnt argue anymore They treated me like a thieve when all I was doing was taking advantage of an online promotion they had going, I gave him the cash and another worker (older lady) butts in with her 2 cents mumbling that that's not how the store worked and that I was wrong and blah ,blah ,blah..... I was boiling, beyond upset, and walked out .. Stay away from this store, I know I will, I rather drive 10 more min to another Walgreens where I know I'm always trated with respect. If I can give a zero star I will, my son is soo sick, I did not get a chance to pick up his medicine. We went to 2 different urgent care. We went right after our 2nd urgent care visit and I totally forgot that it's a Saturday and that they close at 6 p.m. My son is so sick and I'm worried all day & it's Covid19 pandemic. When i arrive a pharmacist is barely locking the door and i ask him a favor since he is still there and he has the key if he can please just grab my son's medicine and hand it to me. He said no we are close. He walked away and I even followed him and beg him to please just hand me my son's medicine because he is very sick. He said "Sorry No and walked away". No compassion to the patients. The medicine is ready and it's been sent by the doctor since 11 a.m. They don't care at all. I know that he is out of the clock already, but can he not spare 5 minutes of his time to give me the medicine. It's for my kid. Where is his heart?! read more

I am a veteran and the VA has an agreement with Walgreens for flu shots. The pharmacist was very friendly and professional. This was much easier than going to the VA where the shots won't even be available until sometime later this month. read more

My 5 Star is for Lupe in the Pharmacy. She is such a hard worker and gets stuff done. While I was waiting for my medicine I saw her help customer after customer in a fast and professional way. Looks like this place would not be running well if it wasn't for her. I don't know if she's getting paid well but she deserves more!! read more

Thank you Walgreens for the pain filled weekend I have ahead of me. I had 4 teeth extracted today and went to the pharmacy to fill my prescription. I went home and went back to pick it up and am told they can't fill the prescription for painkillers because the date was typed on it and not handwritten. Well, I'm not a pharmacist or a prescription addict so how wasni supposed to know that? Butnhow hardnwould it have been to call my doctor and verify the prescription is legit? Its friday and by the time i find this out my doctors office is closed so I'm told by the pharmacist to take tylenol for the pain and wait until Monday. Basically, im treated like im some kind of pill junkie, which is dumb becase they can see my history and this is only the second time i ever have been prescribed pain meds, not one bit of sympathy from the pharmacist.Well otsnfriday night and my head feels like its gonna split open. I'd like to see the pharmacist get 4 teeth ripped out and then suck it up until Monday. Wont be coming back here ever again. read more

I give the people working in the PHOTO DEPT. and the PHARMACY, 5 STARS for their customer service as they deserve it! The ONE STAR is for the people that work the front register they are nosey, unprofessional, and rude as well as 1 Star for shady company practices. The one Hispanic lady with glasses that works up front usually gives me a bad attitude and dirty looks and I cannot stand buying things from people who act like you are a burden to them when purchasing an item or asking about a specific item. Don't work customer service if you don't like people!! Another BIG thing I really don't like about this company is that they gave me my prescription at a good price the first time I bought from them (cheaper than anyone else in town), after they realized I was paying cash and need this prescription monthly for the rest of my life they raised the price of my meds by $20 every single month (that's a $240 price raise a year!) So if they realize you need something or something is selling well, they will consistently raise the price on you as much as they can! I feel like I was taken advantage of by this company and will not spend any $ anymore at any of their locations and will warn others via the internet about there shady practices so they wont get taken advantage of. Hopefully the pharmacists and the lady that works photo dept. at this location get their praise for having such great work ethic and customer service because the rest of the folks that work here are incompetent to do anything IMO. read more
