More than 45 years ago, I suffered a severe facial injury that affected my entire face, including…read moremy nose. As a result, I was unable to breathe properly through my nose for over four decades and had to rely primarily on mouth breathing. This significantly affected my quality of life. I struggled to sleep, and I often had to pull on the side of my face and nose to allow enough airflow to breathe. During those 45 years, I underwent multiple surgeries and spent a considerable amount of money seeking treatment from different surgeons. Unfortunately, none of the procedures provided a successful or lasting solution. Despite these setbacks, I never lost hope and continued searching for a doctor who could help me. I was eventually referred to Dr. Derek Jones. Dr. Jones performed my surgery, and when I woke up after the procedure, I immediately noticed a small improvement. Within the first month, my breathing had improved significantly. Now, more than five months later, I can breathe much better than I have in over 45 years. I am truly happy to be able to breathe normally again. I no longer have to pull on my nose or face just to get enough air. Dr. Jones accomplished what I once thought was impossible. Thanks to his skill, expertise, and dedication, I can breathe again. Above all, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Derek Jones and the entire staff of his medical clinic. Their care, professionalism, and commitment have given me something I had been missing for more than 45 years: the ability to breathe comfortably and live a better quality of life. Thank you, Dr. Jones, and thank you to your wonderful medical team. I will be forever grat

It's embarrassing enough to need the use of a Suboxone clinc but, to be ridiculed on top of that is disheartening. I'm not the typical opiate user, I was prescribed opiates by my psin management doctor and CHOSEZ to get off of them. The price of the Suboxone has nearly broke me. My husband has been without work for months now and I asked for some assistance. It's $160 a visit and they refuse to accept insurance, i asked to pay $100, then $60 the following week and you would have thought the exorcist came out of this lady st the desk. So now I'm dealing with previous embarrassment and an office worker being rude to me in ear shot of other patients. Empathy goes a long way however the uncaring nature of the staff has assured I won't be back.
