I fumbled through the console to find the tire gauge while my wife kept driving, all the while on the lookout for a service station. But wait! What's that up ahead? --- A sign that has the word "tires" on it. Long story - short version. We pull in and are greeted politely by "Sean" (Shawn?) I explain the situation to him and he says, "We'll pull your car in and take a look. In the meantime there is a lounge with hot coffee and other snacks. Make yourself comfortable." I spent the next few minutes chatting with several other workers who were just as polite. And, when Sean reenters, he says..."No problem. All the tires were a bit low so I pumped them up for you. You're good to go. Shouldn't have any problem, Likely just the cold weather." AND...."No charge...Have a safe trip!" Folks.....it simply doesn't get any better than this.

One item they tried to sell me was a replacement engine belt. They tried all the fear tactics one would expect to be used on an older female driver. Nevertheless, I bought a belt elsewhere and contacted a mechanic that I trust. He set out to change the "frayed belt that was about to break" only to find that said belt was in perfect condition and didn't need to be changed. EXPRESS OIL CHANGE WAS TRYING TO SCAM ME!!! Unfortunately Ken's office secretary ordered the wrong windshield because she thought the entire VIN number wasn't needed, which was pertinent to having to proper windshield with lane departure, etc. After being told they would "keep someone at the office on standby" to install the windshield the day of delivery, which was supposed to be the following day, we have heard nothing. After being told they would "call back" and "call back" to tell us when to drop off car yesterday, we decided to cancel the order. Nobody appreciates being told one thing and then crickets. Bad business all the way around in my opinion.
