BMS did an excellent job with the gradual transition and were very supportive for her. They were accommodating and gave us good suggestions for how we could support her. She's fully transitioned now and thriving. They have an opening for part time enrollment (Mondays and Fridays) if anyone is interested (a rare and potentially very attractive arrangement for someone who wants to ease a young child into school). Matoula and her team are awesome, the program is intimate with about 8-10 kids, and the families we met were great. Thanks!

The front desk charged me as a playtime. Then when I called to ask about the charges she hung up on me. She didn't even properly discuss the issue. And when they said they had a promotion for 30% off and I had two kids, she said I couldn't get it off the transaction. She said I could only get 30% off of one kid. Then the other transaction was for the other kid. The place is cool, franchise is nice but horrible customer service. Bad experience.
