My daughter has been scared to attend as there are a number of violent children in her class, which the teachers haven't addressed properly. One of the teachers have quit and the school is not planning to replace her due to low enrollment despite a petition signed by all the parents wanting a replacement ASAP. Parents have been removing their children from the school due to safety reasons and I am also looking for a new preschool for my daughter.

We were told that we could bring the registration package in after spring break, only to later be told that our children had been removed and that the classes were now full. The communication throughout the process was extremely frustrating and left us feeling that our family was not treated fairly or respectfully. What was especially disappointing was the lack of compassion and willingness to work with us to find a reasonable solution. We made several attempts to communicate with the school and seek clarification, but the experience became increasingly stressful. As parents, we expect a school to communicate clearly, treat families with respect, and put the children's best interests first. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. I hope the school takes this feedback seriously, because families deserve better communication, transparency, and consideration.
