He was rude, and I felt sorry for the people who had to deal with him. But they remained polite and tried to be helpful. Once again Breann Hart explained what was going on and how I needed to treat the problem. This is the second time she has helped me, resolved the issue and caused the pain to stop. After reviewing my medical record, I noted documentation stating that "her symptoms seem to be out of proportion to her complaints and presentation" and that I was "agreeable" to the plan of care. This characterization was not communicated to me during the appointment and does not reflect my experience of the visit. I expressed concerns about my symptoms and pain and was in visible discomfort, and I did not provide agreement beyond acknowledging the information presented. As a patient, I left feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously and that I was not fully cared for. I expected clearer communication, accurate documentation, and greater transparency from a spine center.

For 13 years, I…read morewas misdiagnosed and had unnecessary surgical procedures and in-office treatment by every podiatrist from Texarkana to Little Rock and Shreveport, along with a very unprofessional female dermatologist ("spa-tologist") and staff in the Texarkana area! However, upon my first encounter with Dr. Saldino, he recognized my condition immediately and repaired my issue within months. For the first time in 15 years, I was able to walk without hurting. I recovered quickly and he called me from his home over the weekend just to make sure I was healing good and not in any pain. Although it has been many years since my surgery and I currently need a new one, my surgery lasted much longer than I anticipated. I haven't had to spend 30 minutes in office since. I broke my ankle 6 weeks ago. Looks like it's setting properly. Next week I get to be free from the boot occasionally and the week after I can drive again. Anyhow, the doctors and nurses are good at what they are doing. Speak in laymen's terms. And even have the visuals (X-ray) when explaining what's wrong. Thanks folks for mending me!! Can't wait to be 100% again soon.

I began with Dr. Aitchison , when I thought I was able to do the MAKO surgery for knees. After I didn't qualify for that, I started to see Dr. J Marshall-Haynie. He's been helping me navigate with gel injections for my knees twice a year. He ha he'll me maintain mobility for the active lifestyle I have. Orthopedic specialist however, is not limited to just these 2 doctors. There is a host of them.....I think about 8 in the practice with all different specialties, and focused areas. Great Team!!! Get by there, if your struggling with joint pain. Pick out someone that can help navigate you to what you need to increase mobility.
