We agreed, paid the $50, and scheduled the appointment. We were told that both my husband and I needed to attend, so we arranged childcare. After sitting through the one-hour presentation, we declined any additional purchases. The representative confirmed we still qualified for the 7-night stay. That is when the issues began. To even select a destination, we had to go through a long, multi-step process. Once we completed that, they required an additional $100 deposit, which had never been disclosed before. Then, we were told we would be contacted "in a few weeks" by an agent to select our dates. Eventually, we selected travel dates and were told we would not receive hotel information until 30 days prior to our trip. That made booking airfare extremely difficult. When that 30-day mark came and went without any contact, I began calling. I left six voicemails over seven days for the assigned "travel agent" without a single response. Finally, after contacting their main line and demanding help, I was connected to the agent. When I asked for our hotel information so I could move forward with flights, he told me he could not provide it and that the booking department would call me back in two weeks. That meant we would not know where we were staying until about a week before the trip, which is not reasonable for a family of four needing to book airfare and make plans. The agent showed no concern or willingness to help. This has been incredibly frustrating and feels like a total scam. After paying some money and investing hours of time into trying to claim this "free" trip, we are left with nothing. Our two children are heartbroken and we are extremely disappointed.

After attending the presentation, I was handed off to a guy named Greg who was honestly a great person to talk to and he almost had me sold into buying a $9,000 package, but he handed me back to the presenter and she failed to answer a couple of my last minute questions such as "can I have 24 hours to do some more research"? I became apprehensive about the deal and when I expressed that, she became rude and told me "purchase today or not, we're doing just fine without your business" at which point I was done! She handed me back to Greg who managed to calm me down and helped me understand why a decision had to be made that same day. After all was said and done, I ended up not purchasing the travel package but I still wanted the Disneyland trip that I had already paid $50 for. I was told that I would get an email with a questionnaire I had to fill out and return and I would receive my vacation voucher in the mail within 2-4 weeks. Well it's going on 6 weeks now and I'm still waiting for the voucher. If/when I receive it, I will update my post.

The people who are working the venue are really nice and super helpful. This was my first time at a concert at the Maverick Center and their acoustics are not as good as other indoor arenas I have been to. I don't know if it was the band or just the way the sound is set up in the building. There was so much base that it made it really difficult to hear the singing. The venue is decent. I would come back if there is a band I'm interested in seeing.

It felt more intimate than a huge stadium, and I loved that it was close to our hotel. The area around it was cute too, and there's a whole floor inside with different stadium-style food options. A couple things to know before going...it gets REALLY hot inside. I was sweating like I was in hot yoga even while drinking plenty of cold water. I really wish there had been better air circulation, especially with a packed crowd. Also, we grabbed tacos from one of the concession stands and unfortunately they were cold, including the meat, which was disappointing. The biggest issue was actually leaving the venue. Getting in was easy, but getting out was a completely different story. It took somewhere around 1 1/2-2 hours before traffic was properly coordinated and we could finally get moving. It seemed like the surrounding streets may have needed to be blocked off or better managed to help everyone leave. Hopefully that's something they can improve for future events. Aside from those things, we had an amazing time. Olivia Dean was incredible, and the Utah crowd was honestly one of my favorite parts. Everyone was singing, dancing, and completely immersed in the concert. Utah, I love you guys! You were such a beautiful audience to experience this with.

Bad tour April 21 to 23. Good tour guide. Discovered that the itinerary on Get Your Guide was…read moreincorrect. Guide said it looked like cut and paste from 7 day tour not 3 day. He said some of what was outlined was not possible in short time frame and was surprised we asked for only one day in Yellowstone. We did not ask. That was the offered tour. Tour of Yellowstone and Grand Tetons a bust. We were told weather might affect and long drives so I accept that. Was not told that many of the roads and views of all Yellowstone Lake are not open until at least May 1 and some not until May 15. Saw zero views of Grand Tetons due to fog. Nobody's fault but none of the internal roads were open by the lakes so total waste of time. This after scary drive over the pass due to snow. 3 day tour from Salt Lake City should not be an option since it is 10 to twelve hours of just to and from driving to and from SLC. Then much of the park is closed. We were so disappointed we flew out of Jackson Hole to escape the 6 hour drive back.

First of all it was the best experience we have had to see via helicopter the beauty of the terrain and wildlife of the national parks. I was very thankful that Leah arranged to have the best helicopter company and pilot. Most importantly the professionalism of this pilot and safety was paramount. Leah listened and helped to get this arranged specifically which made it a beautiful and safe experience of the Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks and surrounding areas. The overall product is of decent but not great quality. The photos are not edited well. When I got the professional prints, my eyes are closed in 6 of them! Our big 8x10 group shot has weird contrast and does not show the true colors of skin or dresses. It took forever to get anything fixed/finished and sometimes more than one phone call to get a response from Cynthia. There were over 1800 images on 4 discs, and not in chronological order. Figuring out what to order was confusing and took a long time. And while many of them are very good there was a lot of garbage that I had to sift through to find the good ones. I really enjoyed the photographer, Jacques, who has a great personality and lots of creative ideas. My makeup looks cakey in the bridal shots and again there was no effort to edit them to make it look natural. My wrinkles are obvious! I am so glad I got a video. The videographer was courteous and professional and got some good footage. He gave me a mic to interview people and I really liked that part. But the audio in most of it is quite poor. A lot of it is shaky. And there was NO footage AT ALL of 2 of our parents even though they had speaking parts in the ceremony. JayLynn got all the main parts correct, but the overall product is disappointing. I can say from experience that other studios who charge similar prices deliver a perfect product for that once-in-a-lifetime event. I will not use JayLynn again and do not recommend them for weddings.

The Hansen House exceeded our expectations on every metric. The location is in the old downtown area of Sandy, east of State Street. It is situated on a large, mature property with lots of huge trees, and a nice yard. When one enters the house itself, one is immediately made to feel at home. The house is filled with gorgeous antiques, lots of small artifacts. In other words there is detail. We stayed in the Victorian room, since we enjoy the feeling of being in a previous era. The bed was very, very comfortable, the hot tub amazing. We cannot praise Fran's establishment enough. It is our favorite B&B in Utah. We look forward to our next visit.
