There is a café which provides great tasting meals and snacks at very reasonable prices. The coffee is yummy! They have toilets and a baby changing room which is always clean and fresh. The clothes section is well stocked and has a good choice of fashionable items, and lovely children's clothes and accessories. There is a small homewares section with some lovely items. This is a 24 hours store so very handy at anytime!

All the basic vegetarian foodstuffs are there - pulses, grains, spices, dried fruit and nuts - in a range of sizes to fit every store cupboard. Plus, there are a whole galaxy of ethical brand foods which are way ahead of the tired, old brands currently clogging up your local supermarket shelves - in terms of health, flavour, and authentic speciality foods. For example, my home cooked lunch today was enlivened by spoonful of Suma's own brand 'Pesto Alla Siciliana with almonds (organic)' on top of some 'Biona Organic Spelt Fusilli' pasta. They often get ends of lines in and sell them off cheap, so there are some fab bargains to be had, and they don't often have the same things in one week to the next. I once got some Johnson's fake tan for face for about £1! It's usually about £4. They do great crisps and snacks, and cheap milk. My kids love going in for a 29p smarties ice-cream or whatever they have in that week! Fab cheap shop.
