Where do I even start.. I have been seeing chiropractors my whole life and have had some long…read morestanding, great doctors in every town I've lived in. Dr. Jeppe far and above exceeds them ALL! I split my time between Boise and McCall right now. I was in McCall working and I woke up on a Friday with what I thought was a pinched nerve or something and completely threw out my neck. So much so that I was completely immobile. Could walk, stand, sit, or lay flat without tremendous pain. I hardly moved in inch the entire day. It hurt to breathe! The chiropractors I would frequent were all in Boise and I had never seen a chiropractor in McCall. Everyone knows trying to get in same day on a Friday afternoon as a new patient is almost impossible anywhere. I was desperate. I went to Facebook and commented on a local classified page for anyone to help. Immediately, locals started flooding the comments about Dr. Jeppe. Samantha, the office manager (and I believe Dr. Jeppe's wife) contacted me directly and said they thought they could help me out. I coordinated with her to get new patient forms done via text and it was so easy. He came in after hours and saw me that night after they were locked up for the weekend. On top of that, he scheduled me to come in the next morning (Saturday - another day off!) to follow up and make sure we were still in a good spot. He spent time with muscle stim, ultrasound, spinal traction, massage gun, multiple adjustments and topped it off with a healthy dose of Biofreeze. I walked out of there about 50% better immediately, which is a HUGE upswing from the agony I was in. I could breathe, stand, walk, sit.. all with significantly less (but still intense) pain. The next morning I woke up SUPER sore, so I was nervous about the follow up. Same protocol, same care. I spent the whole day working on my feet and capable of all my daily responsibilities. Still sore, but with SO much more mobility. After that appointment he said while you might be feeling better in a few days, it's important for healing to be consistent for 2 weeks. I've had a couple follow ups since and I don't plan to miss. I've a McCall Chiropractic convert. Sorry for the long winded review, but this place and these folks are truly live saving. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

What a difference a day can make when you are getting the right care! I was able to put my own…read moresocks on this morning, something I had to rely on my wonderful wife to do for me the past week! I'm still pretty sore and I don't know what caused it but Dr. Lloyd Nelson made it better in less than thirty minutes with no drugs! In the past week I was in the emergency room and to my regular doctor and I got more opioids and steroids. At first I thought they were helping but they just made me more comfortable. As they wore off each time I was right back to where I was before though, and that's not progress! This was the first time I've ever defined my pain level as a level 10! I first saw Dr. Nelson shortly after we moved here 13 years ago for my chronic back pain from a bulging and herniated disc! Over the years I've gone to him for my back and without fail I'd get relief on a single visit! Dr. Nelson is classified as a chiropractic doctor and I'm not even certain what type of medicine he practices but I am certain it works! He is what I would call a natural healer and he's very gifted at identifying the problem and fixing it! I was trying to figure out why I didn't go to him in the first place with my latest issue and I think in my mind this wasn't a "chiropractic issue!" This is even after I've praised his work to family and friends that live hundreds of miles away, encouraging them to see him for healing! When he unexpectedly rang my bell yesterday I was wearing a sling that prevented use of my upper arm and I was extremely fearful of moving my arm because doing so would send my pain to level 10! He very delicately performed a few tests and identified a disk problem in my neck and without even using physical force he made adjustments and almost immediately I felt something had changed! I was honestly skeptical most of the day and kept the sling on for many hours but after removing the sling last night I knew it had made the healing begin! This morning, less than 24 hours after his visit I'm using my arm with a MUCH lower level of pain and I am VERY thankful!
