These kids have been through a lot, not able to finish out Senior year, no prom, no graduation, no celebrations for these monumental events.. we thought we would cheer them up with ballon columns. PAID them well in advance of our date needed and they charged an additional $100 for delivery, so basically would have been over $300 for each order. Well they were NO SHOWS the Day of, I called an hour AFTER they were supposed to arrive for the 18th bday and they said 'oh it will take us a few hours' then they decided they wouldn't come at all because we were 'too far away' (even though they charged us $100 for the 35 min drive) So needless to say we needed to find another company for the 16th bday celebration and boy are we glad we did!! Total Party not only delivered a beautiful bouquet for the sweet 16, but they arrived EARLY!!
