HES provides a free estimate for the works which include obtaining Warren County permits and working with Duke Energy to coordinate the works, and doing the repairs as necessary. Because the works require the coordination between Duke Electric and Warren County permit, HES must provide their professional works in a timely matter within the Duke and County schedule.
