I cordially ask what regulation require mud flaps, he says "they" require it, so I ask who is "they" and what requirement regulations, he didn't have a concrete answer I could believe and I couldn't buy it. What a fiasco, I have no idea why he was giving me a hard time with a stock 1992 Jeep Wrangler!!! Prove me otherwise and I'd amend my review. The force of the water spray is so strong that it snapped off the Big Island Toyota license-plate holder on a black late-model Toyota 4Runner. The broken-off piece was ejected out of the wash. To be fair, I cannot say if the licence-plate holder was installed correctly. There is a warning posted regarding loose parts. I was behind the 4Runner at about 12:30 pm 7-29-2018, waiting my turn. I backed out of the line and told the cashier. I could not get my money back because I had already entered the code, but I am just so glad I did not enter the wash. The station is not responsible for damages as a standard policy. Please check for loose parts before entering the car wash.
