Woodland Center is available to fill up our needs at that time. Bandit got a hot coffee and I got soda. Basically it is a gas station with a convenient store where you can buy something along the road. They even got ramen cup noodles and some Filipino treats. For sure they have something to offer for anybody. Staffs are just okay. The convenient store aren't that busy and the gas station are flowing moderately. This 7-eleven store is conveniently located in Keaau where you can gas up and buy good…read morefood/drinks/snacks. They sometimes have good deals on the drinks or combo. The encounters I've had with their cashiers have been okay - no issues. I suggest they improve customer service by opening up another cash register when you see more than 5 people in line. This would lessen the wait time, especially for those who need to get to work. So when there is only 1 cash register open and there are other workers just stocking shelves and doing other things it was a bit frustrating. I also suggest they improve their inventory. They always seem to run out of coffee stirrers, hot cup covers and hot cup sleeves. I recently noticed they have many hot coffee pots with flavor (coconut, hazelnut, macadamia nut, etc) rather than the plain dark, medium or blonde roasts (like they have at other locations). Not all coffee drinkers like flavored coffee. I would likely return in the future and recommend to others due to the convenient location.

On 2/7/24 I stopped at Aloha Gas in the old Malama Market Center. I pulled into the first pump and proceeded to fill my tank. Only wanted to put in 40.00, so at the 40.00 amount I took my finger off the gas lever. The gas didn't stop/didn't turn off.. I asked the person at the next pump if she could go get help from the cashier..The cashier came out and showed me the "trick" to turn the pumping off..Seems I needed to insert my index finger up under the top portion of the handle and pull something to get it to stop filling. Cashier then rolled her eyes like I should have known this trick! I have been getting gas there since day one! Never had to use a trick to stop the filling of my tank. (haven't been back since 2/7/24) I hadn't planned on filling my tank but didn't have a choice..also sort of made me short of funds til payday. I called the management office and spoke with Shannon who said manager was on vaca. but most certainly would call me back. I did not get a "so sorry" from gas cashier. And if pump was not in working order then it should have been "do not use" sign posted until handle could be repaired. This happened 2/7/24 at 1:44 p.m.
