The ribs overall were tasty, though not the most tender ribs I've ever ever had. I did like the French fries though it was cold after they reheated my ribs.

As we enjoyed our meals and sipped our deliciously strong Mai Tai's, we enjoyed people watching and eavesdropping on the conversations held by locals. Note: The food court mall was a little off the beaten path, behind a gas station. It's an open air seating and houses a number of local establishments that seem more catered to locals than tourists. There is ample seating, and restrooms are available. The only bad part about it is it can get a bit hot and stuffy in there, but at least they had big fans blowing. The chicken karaage (family size) was oh so good - very fresh, big pieces, and a yummy taste! Everything was fried fresh to order. Found it sweet that a haole woman who spoke fluent Japanese seemed to be training a younger Japanese gentleman who didn't speak much English. The cold marinara sauce is ladled over the hot fries, resulting in a warmed up sauce that's enjoyable to eat. For the pizza, I appreciate the use of large pineapple chunks that were neither too sour, nor too sweet. The crust is on the thinner side and has a good chew to it. The pizza is baked a bit on the pale side and could spend a bit more time in the oven, but the taste was there. They definitely use a generous amount of mozzarella cheese on their pizzas here. Overall, I would take Frankie's Pizza over a pizza from a chain any day.

Our party of 7 was charged their fee and when paying amd decoding on a tip my wife saw the fee already on the receipt (which they didn't even tell us, asking for a tip as well) I asked why and they just said "because you have more people". I don't mind paying a tip, but don't eat here if you dont want to support dishonest people.
