This place/doctor is a joke. On Sunday 6/7/15 I heard and felt a pop in my knee while at soccer. I…read morewas able to convince them to give me an appointment on Tuesday 6/9/15 and which point Dr. Christidis told me he would give me the name of a specialist who could get me and MRI faster. I called the specialist and was told not only that I could not been seen until 6/26/15 but that they have to follow the same procedures (i.e. making a formal request to my ins provider) as Dr. Christidis would. I called Dr. Christidis Wednesday morning to ask that he request an MRI. I was told a "note" would be sent back to him. After not hearing anything on Wednesday I called again Thursday and was told that "note" was sent back but that another "note" would be sent back as well. Once again I did not here anything. On Friday I called and was told that he did not work on Friday and I would have to wait until Monday to have him make the request. I will say Jessica, the lady I was speaking to, was trying to be as helpful as she could. On Monday I received a call from Jessica saying the request has been made. On Wednesday I was told I could get an MRI today, Friday June 19, 2015 at 6:30 a.m. After my MRI I was advised that the results would likely be sent out later today but could be Monday. I called IDE Imaging around 3:00 p.m. to see if any results had been sent out. I was advised they were and that they could not tell me the results but rather I had to get them from my doctor. I asked what time they had been sent out as I had not heard anything yet and was told they were sent out at 9:30 a.m.!! I called Dr. Christidis's office and was advised that he was once again not working on Friday and that a "note" could be sent back asking a nurse to call me. At 4:00 p.m. I still had not received a call and when I called back the office was closed. I called the answering service, who contacted the office, and was told I would have to wait until Monday and that no one there was willing to tell me my results.

If you ever need any help, just go directly to urgent care because these people don't care.. they sent me with a panic and anxiety attack, about Covid, to the emergency room to sit for six hours overflowing with Covid cases. If I didn't have Covid, then I sure as hell did when I left but thank God I had a antibodies because I had just gotten over it. Smh. Anytime I've ever needed anything they gladly took my co-pay, but then referred me to a specialist so I have to pay another $50 in co-pays for a freaking ear infection.. which is what I told him it was in the beginning. somebody has had ear infections, their whole life because of a disease that I have but noooo I have to come in before they can give me a completely safe antibiotic that has absolutely no side effects to siphon more money out of me to "make sure they're treating the right infection." Are you freaking kidding me!? we're done! I have avoided doctors and doctor visits for two years because of this and now my health is failing. He is a horrible doctor with no bedside manner or personality. For the past several years that I have gone to his office I have had the unpleasantness of having to see him maybe two to three times, and that was forced upon me because the nurse practitioners were booked. I have purposely gone out of my way, even when extremelyy ill, to avoid having to see him. Below is a message that I sent him today 1/19/18 It is in response to him sending me a message that I would be dropped as a patient after I used a curse word while speaking with a nurse who was incapable of helping me yesterday. "No need for your message, because in case the nurse didn't relay all of my "vulgar language", I had also stated that I would no longer being using your office. For the several years that I have been to your office, Dr Herbowy, I have had the unpleasantness of having to see you maybe two to three times, and that was only due to the fact that none of the nurse practitioners were available. You're a horrible doctor with no bedside manner or personality, so I purposely made all possible steps necessary to avoid making an appointment with you. Please relay to Casey that the pearls, which I have repeatedly told your office and any provider I have seen that they do not work, have of course... NOT WORKED SINCE PICKING THEM UP LAST NIGHT! I went to the hospital thinking I had pneumonia because of all the symptoms I had, one of them being my cough. A cough that has pulled all of my abdominal muscles, has me seeing stars/specks of light, is causing migraines and making it feel like I am going to pop a vein in my head, is making my ribs and back feel like they are going to crack, has me on the verge of losing my voice, and to top it all off... I am unable to hold my bladder!!! I am literally wetting myself as an adult 26yr old woman because neither you or Casey could be bothered to be professional health care providers and help me with a cough syrup or any other kind of suppressant besides the pearls.
